0 1 Hebei Institute of Water Conservancy and Electric Power
Hebei Institute of Water Conservancy and Electric Power was established in Tianjin 1952. It is jointly organized by Hebei Provincial Water Resources Department, Communications Department and Industry Department. The school was named "Hebei Water Conservancy and Civil Engineering School", which was one of the earliest water conservancy schools established in North China at that time and one of the earliest independent water conservancy schools established in China after liberation.
1970 moved to Cangzhou City and changed its name to "Hebei Water Conservancy College";
In 20 16, the school was upgraded to an undergraduate college again, named "Hebei Institute of Water Conservancy and Electric Power".

Cangzhou Teachers College was founded in 1958, and changed its name to Cangzhou Teachers College in 1962.
200 1, Cangzhou Normal School, Cangzhou Teachers' Training School and Cangzhou Agricultural Machinery Engineering School were merged into Cangzhou Normal College;
20 10, the undergraduate level was upgraded to an ordinary university and renamed as "Cangzhou Normal University";
After 60 years of construction and development, the school has become a local and applied undergraduate institution of higher learning focusing on education, covering arts, science, engineering, management and art.
03 Haibin College of Beijing Jiaotong University
Established in May 2008, Haibin College of Beijing Jiaotong University is an independent college jointly established by Beijing Jiaotong University and Ronghe (Huanghua) Science and Education Co., Ltd. with the approval of the Ministry of Education. This school is the only full-time undergraduate institution held by Beijing Jiaotong University outside Beijing.
