It is famous because the famous doctor Hua Tuo practiced medicine here during the Three Kingdoms period. Qijialing's name began in the Three Kingdoms. The famous doctor Hua Tuo is practicing medicine here. Seven woodcutters are resting and chatting in the mountains. Hua Tuo went up the mountain to collect herbs and treated them according to the different conditions of the seven woodcutter. After Hua Tuo left, the seven woodmen were so grateful that they pooled their money to set up a "rejuvenation monument" at the intersection of the mountain as a memorial, and later built a memorial temple on the right side of the monument, which is the famous Huaxian Temple. After Hua Tuo was killed, the shrine was changed to a temple dedicated to Hua Tuo's statue, and the temple was named Bao Hua 'an. The mountain where Hua Tuo rested was later renamed Qijialing, and buddhist nun was also named after Qijialing, which has been passed down to this day.
