Guanxun belonged to Xianli, a guest village in Zhangpu County in the Song Dynasty, and to the twenty-eighth capital in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In Qing Dynasty, there were insurance systems such as Xiahe, Xiazhang, Xiban, Hengkou and Zhao Ding. In the early years of the Republic of China, Guanxun was the North District, and in 23 years, it was fourth area. Under the district, Guan Xun will take care of each other. In 29 years, it was changed to Guanxun Town, which governs westbound, northbound, market, Dongmen, Xia Hong, Xialu, Xilin and Zhaocuo. In 33 years of the Republic of China, the "District" level was abolished, and Songzhuang Township (now Longhai) was merged into Guanxun Town, and Jiabao was reduced to Tai Po, Shanbian, Daxia, Sanmei, Cimei, Xishan (now Longhai), Jinjiang, Northwest, Lushan, Daxixi, Zhaocuo and Xia Hong 12.
