Chang Pingjun, surnamed Mi, is a famous bear, the son of Chu Gaolie and the daughter of Qin Xiang. At the end of the warring States period, the prime minister of Qin, the uncle of Qin Shihuang and the last king of Chu.
At the end of the Warring States Period, the son of Chu was named Chang Pingjun, who was an official in the State of Qin and was the minister of Qin Zhuang and Qin Shihuang. In the first 238 years, together with Lv Buwei and Chang Wenjun, they were ordered to put down the rebellion of Lao Ai and became prime ministers. Later, they were sent by Qin Shihuang to Xi 'an to appease the Chu people.

Qi Qi served as Prime Minister of Qin State for 13 years. In 238 BC, Xiong Qi helped Qin Shihuang quell the rebellion of Lao Ai, and later succeeded Lv Buwei as the prime minister of Qin State. In 225 BC, he fought against Qin, and his resume was comparable to that of Qin.
In 225 BC, Qin Shihuang sent a general, Li Xin, to attack Chu with 200,000 troops, hoping to pacify Chu in one fell swoop. At this point, Li Xin successively won, first laying the plains, mountains and other places, and then capturing Yan Ying.
In the twenty-second year of the King of Qin (225 BC), he fought against the Qin Dynasty in Chen Ying. After that, he fought against the Qin Dynasty and retreated to Huainan. In the fifth year of the King of Chu (223 BC), Shouchun, the capital of Chu, was captured by Qin Jun. Chang Pingjun was honored as the King of Chu by Chu General Xiang Yan (the grandfather of Xiang Yu) and continued to rebel against Qin in Huainan. Wang Jian and Wu Meng led Qin Jun to attack, Changping Army was defeated and killed, Xiang Yan committed suicide, and Chu State perished.
