3. Liang Qichao's minimum required reading list Liang Qichao (1873 ~ 1929) is a modern thinker. When he was young, he studied under Kang Youwei, and his mentor advocated reform and reform, which was called "Kang Liang". Liang Qichao fled to Japan after the coup of 1898. In his later years, he gave lectures in Tsinghua University and served as the director of Beiping Library. He is good at history and has made many achievements. He is the author of Academic History of China in the Past 300 Years, Academic Introduction of Qing Dynasty, etc.
1923, at the request of the reporter of Tsinghua Weekly, Liang Qichao drew up the Outline of Chinese Studies and How to Read it, with about 160 kinds. Later, he simplified this bibliography to young students who are "complicated in learning and specialized in learning" and listed the minimum required reading.

4. Gu Jiegang (1893 ~ 1980), the pioneer of historical geography and folklore in China, is also the founder of modern ancient history school. 1920 graduated from Peking University and worked in Peking University and Fudan University successively. He was the editor-in-chief of Discrimination of Ancient History and General Examination of Shangshu.
In 1925, Gu Jiegang listed the book catalogue of 14 for the reference of young people who are interested in studying the history of China.

Lu Xun's Bibliography of China Literature (188 1 ~ 1936), formerly known as Zhou Shuren, was a writer. 1902 studied in Japan, began to study medicine, and then abandoned medicine to join the literature. 1909 has been engaged in education and literary creation since returning to China. She has taught in Beijing Women's Normal University, Sun Yat-sen University and Xiamen University. His works are famous for Diary of a Madman and The True Story of Ah Q, etc.
1930, Lu Xun listed 12 books for Xu Shiying to study China literature.

Zhu Ziqing (1898 ~ 1948) is a writer and scholar. 1920 graduated from philosophy department of Peking University. 1925 to teach in Tsinghua University. 193 1 Studying in the UK and roaming the European continent. After returning to China, he taught in Tsinghua University and National Southwest Associated University. He is the author of the collection of essays "Back", "Miscellaneous Notes on European Tour" and the collection of literary and artistic essays "Distinguishing Poems and Expressing Aspiration".
The first edition of this book was published in 1940s, which tells the important classics of China in a simple way, so as to stimulate readers' interest and lead them to the classic road. Among them, Ci Fu, Shi Hua and Wen, because of their numerous works, only discuss their origins.

The New Asia College of the Chinese University of Hong Kong offered a lecture on academic culture by Professor Qian Binsi, and invited Qian Mu to give a series of lectures. In his speech, Qian Mu pointed out that seven books are "China people's must-read books".
