How to draft the title of the evaluation paper on modern historical figures
The practice of betraying the country reversed the verdict, arousing Wang Ji's theory of "saving the country by curve". They even proposed to re-evaluate the historical merits and demerits of Wang Puppet regime, and to get rid of the original views of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party on Wang Puppet regime, claiming that "Wang Ji Nanjing Government" was a supplement to Chongqing National Government and represented the interests of people in "grey areas" rather than Japanese fascists. At the same time, there have been some articles that distort history and beautify traitors such as Wang Jingwei, Chen Bijun, Zhou Zuoren and Hu Lancheng (22).

The background of these problems is extremely complicated. One of the most noteworthy signs is that the relatives of these historical figures and the governments or groups where the historical figures in modern China belong are involved, which makes the study of historical figures more emotional. Many problems that were not difficult to solve have become the focus of protracted debates, and many problems that should not have been reversed have also been reversed, making the problems more and more complicated. These problems exist in the research of Fang Boqian and Yan Fu. It is understandable that the descendants of modern historical figures in China and local governments or groups hope to have a higher evaluation of these historical figures. Therefore, it is human nature to put in good words at some commemorative seminars. However, scientific research is a kind of science after all. If history does not respect science and facts, it can only be reduced to a kind of "historical advertisement", which is a taboo for relatives, sages and honorees. That's really academic degeneration.

As for some researchers, due to the limitation of knowledge background and ability, they can't grasp the actual position of the research object in the whole historical development process from a macro perspective, but are too emotional. It can even be said that many researchers fall in love with their research objects, not only can they not alienate their research objects, but some people who are too arbitrary even forbid others to say no to their research objects.

The above background and reasons also make the study of modern historical figures in the 1990s tend to overturn the verdict excessively, which makes the originally acceptable conclusion uncertain. If the conviction of some historical figures in the first decade of the new era still has the significance of bringing order out of chaos, then some conviction articles in the last decade are more of a muddling meaning, which has the meaning of "combining positive and negative" as Hegel said. It turned out to be white, but he said it was black. Take the research method of negation of negation as a shortcut to academic innovation. These are all things that researchers of modern historical figures in China should pay attention to and overcome.
