It may be caused by these three situations: the media sound set by the mobile phone is not turned on, the speaker is broken, or there is a system problem.
1. Music is media sound. First check whether the media volume is turned on in Settings - Volume. Then check whether your touch screen sound, startup ringtone, or game sound are present. If there is still no sound when playing music after turning it on, it may be a system problem. Restart or restore factory settings.
2. Check again to see if it is set to silent mode, or try another player.
3. If it doesn’t work, it means your speaker is broken. You need to replace it with a separate amplifier and headphones to play music, so as to distinguish whether there is a problem with the speaker or the headphones.
If there is still no sound from the earpiece, it is recommended that you take your phone to the BBK Mobile Phone After-Sales Service Center, where professional technicians will check it for you. The address and contact information of the after-sales service center can be found in the settings--more settings--after-sales service menu.
Android phone sound settings:
The first step is to open "Settings" and select the common settings-volume interface. Check the volume interface to see whether the volume of your media, music, videos, games, etc. is turned on. After setting up, check whether the phone has sound.
The second step is to open the "Settings" function of the mobile phone, set up backup and reset of mobile phone data, and back up the mobile phone data. After backing up the data, restore the phone to factory settings. After setting up, check whether there is sound coming out of music and videos played on the phone.
