Baby’s first piano lesson

Baby Tiantian is more than three weeks old. If he must learn an instrument, piano is the first choice. The night before yesterday, when I had nothing to do, I took him to a piano store for a trial lesson for the first time. It was obvious that he was still too young and his understanding ability was still relatively weak. Looking at the teacher cutely, he does whatever the teacher says. It’s so cute how he’s a bit indifferent but tries to respond.

In the piano trial lesson, I mainly learned a few points, and it seemed like I was back to how I was learning the piano when I was in school.

① Get to know the piano keyboard, two black good friends and three black good friends. To the left of the two black good friends is Dou1. Count 7 pairs of black good friends from left to right. The piano has 88 keys and people have ten fingers. It can sound ten notes at the same time, which can help children build a very good concept of harmony.

② Get to know the little flowers and little ears. The little egg is cut in half, and it is like 0 cut in half in the middle. The little flower is on the right side and the little ear is on the left.

③ Spread the five fingers of your right hand, make a fist with your left hand, hold your left fist with your right hand, and stand on the keys like holding an egg with five fingers.

④Exercise 1Dou234

⑤Normally, you start learning piano after or four weeks after entering middle school. If you start now, the progress is very slow and it doesn’t make much sense.

Regarding music enlightenment, I recently reviewed "How to Develop Children's Musical Potential", which received a column from Yan Bojun, and I agree with several points.

1. Learning music is mainly to make children fall in love with music and improve their aesthetic ability and personal temperament.

Before learning piano, you can do some preparation work, such as listening to some pure music for your children in advance. Teacher Yan Bojun shared a song list of 100 classical songs in four categories: melody, rhythm, timbre and harmony. My understanding is to educate your children first and sharpen their ears, so that when they learn to play the piano it will not be so abrupt. If your child likes it after listening too much, he may ask to learn it himself.

2. When choosing a teacher, you should start high and go low. Because piano learning is finger muscle memory, once bad habits are formed, it is difficult to correct them. Even famous teachers who want to accept students may be timid.

In addition, the teacher’s teaching methods and patience should also be considered. Because I had a deep experience when I was learning piano. My first piano teacher scolded or yelled at her students because of their unsatisfactory relationship and life. Her students felt depressed and aggrieved every time after class. Later, I changed to a teacher. This teacher was more patient in teaching, and his students returned happily after each class. Learning music is to fall in love with music, not to treat it as a chore. Once a child hates class, it will be difficult to continue.

3. When children learn piano, their parents also learn at the same time. I studied for two years after college and graduation, but I did not continue due to work reasons. If your child learns piano, plan to study with your child. After all, you usually have one piano lesson a week, and your parents need to accompany you to practice the other six days. If you don’t understand it, you won’t know whether you’re doing it right or wrong. Music will also be a bond of communication between parents and children.

Learning piano is a long journey, and I look forward to my child’s next lesson.
