There may be two reasons for the lag when listening to music on the mobile phone:

1. If there is a lag when listening to music on wifi, it is because of network problems and the song files are not fully cached.

2. If you are using a data card, it is because there is too much junk cached on the phone.

If the music player freezes, we suggest:

1. Turn off the phone and restart it.

2. Check whether you are using the built-in music player. If not, try switching to the built-in player.

3. Clear player data.

4. If it doesn’t work, back up the data in the phone and then restore the factory settings.
