1. 2. Hotels and guesthouse operators that provide wedding services in areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited or restricted in this city should inform citizens who hold weddings in their hotels or guesthouses of the prohibition on fireworks and firecrackers in advance, and It should be clarified in the contract, and at the same time, the behavior of setting off fireworks and firecrackers for wedding activities in the area responsible for the three guarantees in front of the city appearance and sanitation gate should be discouraged. Those who do not listen to the dissuasion should be reported to the public security organs in a timely manner.

If a hotel or guesthouse operator that provides wedding services fails to fulfill this obligation and sets off fireworks and firecrackers due to wedding activities, the public security organs will impose a fine of not less than 1,000 yuan but not more than 5,000 yuan on the hotel or guesthouse operator.

3. Any unit or individual engaged in wedding or funeral services that violates the provisions of these Measures and operates fireworks and firecracker products shall be ordered by the production safety supervision and management department to cease business activities and be fined 20,000 yuan; designated Customers who purchase and set off fireworks and firecrackers will be ordered to make corrections by the public security organs and fined not less than RMB 1,000 but not more than RMB 5,000.

4. Enterprises and individuals engaged in the business of fireworks and firecrackers that violate the provisions of these Measures by operating (including storing) fireworks and firecrackers that are prohibited from sale in this city will be ordered to make corrections by the work safety supervision and management department, and those engaged in the retail business of fireworks and firecrackers Those who engage in wholesale business of fireworks and firecrackers shall be fined not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 30,000 yuan.
