1. Download WinMP3Shrink1.1 software, decompress the downloaded file, and open WinMP3Shrink.EXE. ?
2. To add files to be compressed, you can choose to add directory batch compression or single file compression. Here we choose to add a single file demonstration. ?
3. Click Add File to open the file explorer, and select the Mp3 file to be compressed and confirm. ?
4. Select the compressed bit rate. The smaller the selected bit rate, the smaller the compressed MP3, and the more the sound quality is lost. Here we choose 64kbps. ?
5. You can see the expected MP3 file size after compression.
6. Click the Go button, and wait for a while to complete the file compression.
7. The compressed file will be saved in the same directory as the metafile by default and renamed at the selected bit rate.
