Kugou Singshang was officially banned because it was blocked by the other party. The method to lift the ban:

1. Click to open Kugou Music on your phone. After opening Click the three buttons in the upper left corner.

2. After clicking, more interfaces will appear on the left, and then click Settings in the lower left corner.

3. After opening the settings interface, find and click to open the message and privacy settings.

4. You can see the blacklist in the message and privacy settings, click to open the blacklist.

5. Now you can see all the people you have blocked before. Click the release button in the upper right corner.

6. After clicking, you can select the person you want to unblock. After selecting, click Done in the upper right corner.

7. This will show that the friend has been removed from the blacklist, and the unblocking is completed.
