Compass Band The current lineup of Compass Band includes: Liu Zhengrong (vocalist), Zhou Di (guitar), Guo Liang (keyboard), Yue Haokun (bass), Yuan Ding (saxophone), Zheng Zhaohui ( drummer). The compass cannot escape the song, if there is beautiful expectation on the other side of the dream, it turns into a lonely lovebird and flies across the blue - compass: "Who do you love?" I believe that in an era where sincerity and poetry can be cloned, insisting on seriousness Being lyrical is not an easy thing. Guitarist Zhou Di, one of the souls of the band, is a very unique musician, and Guo Liang, who later became a famous music producer in the pop music circle (then keyboard player and band leader), both of them have created many outstanding works. He has produced popular music works and produced many excellent records that have won numerous awards. This strength has also been recognized by peers in the music industry. In this way, Compass quickly took root in Beijing. Luo Bing's tailor-made lyrics are not the true experience of their inner experiences and emotions, and their creations do not fully demonstrate their own personalities because they are too accommodating to the lead singer. In this sense, they prefer to regard this work as the debut album of the Compass Band.
The name of the band "Compass" means that the band's persistent pursuit of music will remain unchanged. In addition, almost all members of the band are from the south of the motherland. This is also a metaphor for Compass' superb musical standards and delicate music style that represents the "Southern School".

Former lead singer-Luo Qi
Luo Qi is from Nanchang, Jiangxi.
From debut to mainland China
Luo Qi
It only took Luo Qi just over a year to become famous in the pop music world.
When I was 16 years old, I accidentally heard Bon Jovi's songs and became obsessed with rock music. So I came to Beijing in early 1992 and quickly signed a contract with Wang Xiaojing.
On June 6, 1994, Luo Qi grandly released his first album "Choose Strong" on his 19th birthday. The album's lead song "Come Back". "I Have No Distance" and "As You Like" have topped the major music charts in Shanghai, Wuhan, Dalian, Shenyang, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Beijing and other cities, exuding their glory.
"Choose Strong" was also rated as the top ten mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan pop music albums in 1994 by "Shanghai TV" magazine, and was rated the best in mainland China in 1994 by the famous "Contemporary Music Circle" magazine Singer (the only one with four and a half stars). Luo Qi's soul-stirring song "Come Back" won one of the top ten golden songs in the "Stars Shining in the East" organized by Shanghai Oriental Radio and the "Yahe Night" co-organized by Shaanxi Economic Station and "Girlfriend" magazine. In addition, she also won He has won seven or eight quarterly Golden Melody Awards.
She has a unique voice, with an astonishingly wide range and metallic penetration.
Luo Qi, the former lead singer of the Compass Band, who has lived in Germany for six years, became a news figure again when he returned to China. The media is keen to describe her happy life after quitting drugs and starting a family with a German.
In this regard, Luo Qi is very low-key. In addition to politely and appropriately satisfying the curiosity of the media, what she is more willing to do actively is to participate in charity activities in drug treatment institutions around the world, and to step up preparations for her latest album. Tonight, she will hold her first fan meeting in Beijing after returning to China at the "Time Tunnel" Performing Arts Plaza located at the east gate of the Olympic Stadium. It will include old songs and new songs... Regarding her busy work and life, Luo Qi said that at first It’s hard to get used to it, but “it feels good to be home.”
Many young people who listen to rock music no longer know who Luo Qi is. But at the 11th China Song Chart Awards Ceremony not long ago, Luo Qi, who had been away from home for six years, returned to China for the first time and took the stage. He easily shocked the young fans who came to the stage to follow S.H.E and Jay Chou - even though they couldn't I empathize with a young girl who loves rock music. She became famous at the age of 17, and then lost her left eye in an accident, took drugs, quit drugs, and went to Germany. What kind of "cruel youth" it is.
But when Luo Qi appeared in front of reporters, except for his permanently disabled left eye behind his sunglasses, his mental state seemed to have no trace of the shadow left by his "cruel youth." She was wearing casual shorts, revealing a very beautiful rose tattoo on her calf. Her steps were brisk and her words were crisp. Luo Qi's German husband came with her. He looked young and gentle. When Luo Qi was being interviewed, he turned on the computer and surfed the Internet for fun. Luo Qi said that her mentality is very good, peaceful and stable. She said she was very happy that the critics still gave her the title of "China's No. 1 Female Rock Vocalist". She also did not expect that the new album would be like the "No. 1 Female Rock Vocalist in China". "Choose Strong" is so ground-breaking, "Today's music is definitely different from before, there will be some mature and feminine things in it." The former compass band members Guo Liang, Zhou Di, Mouse, etc. have also become top players in the domestic music scene. "We all have our own work to do, so it is unlikely that we will perform together again," but Luo Qi said that she I will not reform a band again, but take the path of personal development.
