It is more likely that the support file is damaged or uninstalled by the system.
1. Click "Start", then click "Run", enter "regsvr32 jscript.dll" in the "Open" box, and then click "OK". When the success prompt appears, click OK.
2. Follow the above steps and enter "regsvr32 vbscript.dll" again.
3. Entering "regsvr32 quartz.dll" again can usually solve the problem.
