Eddie Wilder High School for the Arts is one of the best high schools in the United States, offering programs in creative writing, dance, film and video production, music, drama, and visual arts. Advanced Placement Courses. Because the campus is located on 207 acres of forested land at an altitude of 5,000 feet, many recreational activities are conducted in the wild. Hiking, rock climbing and cross-country skiing are popular activities, as are other, more traditional recreational sports.
