1. Monk:

Also called He Shang. The Lu family uses the word "Shang" and the rest mostly use the word "Shang".

This is originally a common saying in India, calling my master Yunwushe. As for Khotan and others, it is called Heshe, He (Khosha), etc., and the monk is a misunderstanding.

Loshi Sanzang is translated as force-sheng, which is because the disciple's power is born by following the teacher.

Buddha Tucheng Zhuan in the Jin Dynasty says: "Fa Chang and Fa Zuo were chatting in the car at night and talked about the monk." Bi Dan, Zuo Rui saw Cheng, and Cheng knew it. So the people of the country said to each other: Don't be disgusted, the monk knows you. ’ According to this, these two characters appear at the beginning of the official history.

Wei Shu explains Lao Zhi, and Fu Tucheng is Shi Le's ancestral letter, and he is named the Great Monk. The great monk saw this again. The translated name is: ‘Monk’s foreign name, in Chinese it means knowing the guilt and knowing the innocence. ’ The third biography he sent to Guigui said: ‘Those who talk about being a monk are not right.

Doctors are generally called Wushe in the West, which is a classic African language. According to the text of the Sanskrit Sutra, Xianyun Upotuoye was translated as "Principal Teacher". All the northern countries called Heshe and ordered the translator to learn the wrong pronunciation. ’ Baiyi Karma said: ‘Ubo Tuoye, translated as close teacher. The word "harmony" is a common saying in the West, not a classical saying. ’ The fourteenth chapter of Xuanying Yiyi says: ‘The harmonization of the Buddhist Inner Precepts Sutra by Monk Bodhisattva is all based on the Khotan Kingdom’s misconceptions. In response to the words Yu Bo Diye, this cloud has been recited recently. As a disciple when he was young, he stayed with his teacher and often came near to receive sutras and recite them. It is also said that Upa Tuoye, this cloud teaches personally, and the old translation says that knowing one's sins and knowing one's innocence is called a monk. ’ Huiyuan’s pronunciation and meaning said: ‘He Shang, according to the Five Heavens Yayan and Shang, it is called Wubotuoye, but the local customs call it She. In Shule, Khotan, there was the Yunhuo Society, which is now called Heshang. Although the methods are different, here is the correct explanation. Those who talk about Wuba, this cloud is close, and those who say Tuoye also read it. It is said that this revered master is the one who is close to his disciples and learns to read them. This is true for those who are close to teachers in Jiuyun. ’ The third chapter of Ye Shu said: ‘The original sound of Zhong Sanskrit is Upotaya. In the translation of Tang Dynasty, the name "Yixue" means "depending on the person's learning". Since ancient times, many translations have been mixed with Fanhu. Hu Chuantian's words cannot be true. Therefore, there are errors and deviations, and the clouds turn to the upper level. Just as people in the past interpreted He Zhongshuang the best, this is explained word for word, and I don’t know the phonetic version. People also explain the cloud: Fan Lisheng. The power of disciples leads to false teachings. Gain its distant meaning, but lose its close meaning. The translation of the true meaning is clear and sparse, and it is said that it is excellent. A little closer to the Sanskrit sound, it is still a good sound theory. Yu Qin participated in the translation and asked about the original pronunciation, as mentioned above. Yan Cong translated Yun Yu Bo Di Ye, which has a similar sound. ’ The secret book says: ‘The Dr. Husu of Tianzhu called Wuxie, and the Han family mistakenly thought that Wuxie was a monk. In addition, Wuxie is called a vulgar scholar, but he is called a Taoist, which is a big mistake. Just as it is said, Badiye, India calls a wise monk a teacher for others, and he is called Badiye. Badiya is a pro-doctrinal person.

Nan Huaijin:

Zen Buddhism and Tantric Buddhism

In modern times, there are many people who study Buddhism or specialize in cultivation. There is a tendency to attach great importance to Buddhism and Tantra. It is said that Tantric Buddhism is a pure and perfect learning that can be practiced and achieved. A Tibetan translation of a classic with profound meaning and sufficient standards. Han Buddhism lacks a consistent inheritance and practice methods, and Zen Buddhism is also a wrong view. We want to communicate academically and learn from each other. Although the times are the same, the mountains and rivers are different. If one goes deep into one branch, each one is good at winning. There is room for judgment and decision-making among them. You cannot make rash judgments and suddenly divide Xuan Yu.

***Origins of Buddhism

Tantra is divided into two categories in China: During the prosperous Tang Dynasty, the Indian Tantric great virtues Shanwuwei, Vajra Wisdom, and Amitabha Tripitaka were known as the Three Great Masters of Kaiyuan. Scholars, the Tantric Buddhism introduced into China, those who were exiled to Japan during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty were collectively called Eastern Mitra. During the Zhenguan period of the early Tang Dynasty, King Songtsen Gampo (the 30th king of the king) sent monks to study in India. Among the first were Shantarakshita disciples and Master Padmasambhava who came to Tibet. Tantric Buddhism spread throughout the country. ** All of them, those that were passed on to the Han Dynasty one after another, are collectively called Tibetan secrets. Regardless of the two secrets of Eastern Tibet, the thoroughfare is all ancestral to Nagarjuna (Nagarjuna is also called Longmeng, one and two? They are indistinguishable. Question 8: What does the ancient people’s “Hao” or “Zi” mean? zhidao.baidu/question/14123935?si=1

Question 9: What does "Shangwu Yijue" mean? It is seen on the plaque of the temple. 5 points Jiuhua Mountain, formerly known as Jiuzi Mountain. Because the mountains are so beautiful, high above the clouds, and the peaks are in strange shapes, the number of them is nine, so it is named Jiuzi Mountain. Li Bai, the great poet of the Tang Dynasty, wrote a poem: "In the past, I was on Jiujiang, looking at Jiuhua Peak in the distance, the green water of the Tianhe River was hanging, and nine hibiscus were embroidered". From then on, it was renamed Jiuhua Mountain. It is located in the southwest of Qingyang County, Anhui Province, covering an area of ??more than 100 square kilometers and has 99 peaks, among which the 9 peaks such as Tiantai, Lotus, Tianzhu and Shiwang are the most majestic. The main peak, Shiwang Peak, is 1,342 meters above sea level. There are many streams, waterfalls, strange rocks, ancient caves, green pines and green bamboos in the mountains. The mountains and waters are ever-changing; ancient temples and jungles are scattered throughout; the sounds of morning bells and evening drums are loud and clear. Liu Yuxi of the Tang Dynasty praised it as "the peak is astonishing at first sight", and Wang Anshi of the Song Dynasty praised it as "Chu is over thousands of mountains, and this is the most majestic one". It is known as "the first mountain in the southeast". The ancients summarized the beautiful and attractive scenery of Jiuhua Mountain as follows: the scenery of Wuxi Mountains, Taoyan Waterfall, Shutan Reflecting the Moon, Dongyan Yanzuo, Pinggang Snow, Huacheng Evening Bell, Lianfeng Sea of ??Clouds, Jiuziquan Sound, Sky The top ten famous sights include Pillar Fairy Trail and Dawn on the Rooftop. The scenery of Jiuhua Mountain is gorgeous and diverse, dangerous and elegant. It is far from being summed up in ten scenes. It changes with the changes of seasons and becomes interesting every step of the way. In particular, the Minyuan Bamboo Sea covers an area of ??more than a thousand acres. Where the mountain breeze rises, the sound of pines and bamboos, and the singing of streams and springs, create a unique atmosphere. Beside the mountain road in the sea of ??bamboo, there stands a famous Phoenix pine.

It was planted in the Northern and Southern Dynasties and has a history of more than 1,400 years. Its main trunk is flat, covered with scales, and its two branches are one high and one low. From a distance, it looks like a green phoenix flying to the rooftop with its head held high and its wings spread. It is known as "the best pine in the world".

The beautiful scenery of Jiuhua Mountain attracts believers to come here to choose a monastery. Buddhism was introduced to Jiuhua Mountain in the Jin Dynasty. "Chizhou Fu Zhi" records that in the fifth year of Long'an in the Jin Dynasty (401), Zen Master Beidu, a monk from Tianzhu, went to the mountain to preach scriptures and founded Mao'an. In the middle of the Tang Dynasty, another person named Seng Tan lived there. In the seventh year of Kaiyuan of Tang Dynasty (719), Jin Qiaojue, a relative of the king of Xinluo Kingdom (now southern Korea), crossed the sea to China and went to Jiuhua Mountain. He practiced devoutly and assiduously, and his influence gradually grew, and he was called "Dong Monk" at that time. In the 10th year of Zhenyuan of Tang Dynasty (794), he passed away in lotus position at night on the 30th day of the seventh lunar month in the lunar calendar, with a lifespan of ninety-nine. It is said that when he opened the letter three years later, "the color was like life, his hands were soft, and his joints made a sound like a golden lock." People at that time believed that he was similar to the auspicious appearance of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva in Buddhist legend, and that he was the incarnation of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, that is, the "incarnation" of Ksitigarbha King. Therefore, he was called "Golden Ksitigarbha". According to Buddhist scriptures, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is the Great Compassionate Bodhisattva who is relied on by all living beings to save suffering after the death of Sakyamuni and before Maitreya is born. His vow is: "Only when all living beings are saved can Bodhi be realized; until the hell is empty, I swear that I will not become a Buddha." Since Mount Jiuhua was established as the dojo of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, temples have been built on a large scale and have become increasingly prosperous through the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. In its heyday, there were many monks and nuns, and the incense was strong. There was a grand scene of "a thousand temples in Jiuhua, scattered in the clouds and mist", and it enjoyed the reputation of "the fairy city of Buddha". There are still 78 ancient temples, more than 6,300 Buddha statues, and more than 2,000 Buddhist cultural relics such as Tibetan scriptures and other jade seals and ritual instruments awarded by Emperor Wanli of the Ming Dynasty. In the Centenary Palace, there is also a seated physical statue of Zen Master Wuxia.

The temple architecture in Jiuhua Mountain is quite ingenious and unique. From the overall layout, Jiuhua Mountain is regarded as a fairy standing on the sky and the earth, with the rooftop as the head, the east as the back, the west as the face, the city as the belly, and the five streams as the feet; in terms of the local layout, relying on the mountain, it breaks through the country The traditional approach to temple architecture, which is solemn and majestic and symmetrical along its axis, seeks harmony from chaos and makes bold and careful arrangements based on local conditions, giving it the appearance of a mountain dwelling with white walls and gray tiles, but a complex and changeable internal structure. The large and small temples start from Wuxi at the foot of the mountain, form the center at Jiuhua Street, and then pass through Minyuan to reach the highest point of the rooftop. These temples may be located close to the mountains, some may be condescending, some may be scattered high or low, or some may be twists and turns, with different forms, some sparse and some dense. Most of them adopt the architectural form of local mountain village residences, showing solemnity in simplicity. The base of the wall is made of strips of stone; the wall is mostly built of stone blocks and mud slabs, and is plastered with white lime. Except for a few main halls with large roofs, the roofs are all made of hard hills and water, and are covered with locally fired ocher black pottery tiles. Temple houses are generally two or three-entry courtyards with an inner patio and the main Buddhist hall placed at the back. In the hall, there are generally small wooden lattice windows, individual window sashes and doors, individual altar tables and shrines, etc., which are carefully made, and the carvings are vivid and delicate. The existing representative temples include Ganlu Temple, Gion Temple, Huacheng Temple, Untenable Sandalwood Forest, Flesh Body Hall, Centennial Palace, Shangzen Hall, Minyuan Nunnery, Tiantai Temple, etc.

Gion Temple is located to the east of Huacheng Temple and the west foot of Dongya in Jiuhua Mountain. It was first built during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty. It was renovated and expanded several times in the Qing Dynasty, and is the largest temple in the mountain. In front of the temple, there is a stone pavement with lotus and money patterns. In the temple, there are Maitreya Buddha, two generals of Hengha, and four... >>

Question 10: If Buddhism seeks wealth, how should we sow "good seeds"? I know what other things should be done about giving and releasing animals. What, like which mantra to recite and which method to practice? It’s okay to ask for money. The result of giving is wealth. Give more.

Of course it is good to release animals. There are rivers where fish can be released. You can also release birds.

If only they were given freedom. There are also merits. But it is not complete.
