The schools affiliated with the Fangshan District Education Committee openly recruit teachers for the city’s graduates from 2012 to 2016. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment departments and positions
This recruitment*** involves 66 units affiliated to the Fangshan District Education Committee and plans to recruit 300 people. Please see the "Attachment" for details.
2. Recruitment conditions
(1) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and love the socialist motherland;
(2) Abide by the law and be honest Be trustworthy, have good conduct, and have no criminal record;
(3) Love rural education and work for at least 3 years in the employing unit once hired;
(4) Have a permanent residence in Beijing And the personnel relationship is in Beijing, excluding non-Beijing graduates whose household registration and files are left in the graduating school;
(5) Academic requirements:
Applicants for kindergarten teacher positions should have national plans Full-time preschool education majors with a college degree or above are recruited within the unified recruitment system. Primary and secondary school teachers should have a bachelor’s degree or above in full-time teacher training majors recruited within the national plan. Middle and high school teachers should study the same or similar majors as the positions they apply for, such as music, music, etc. The subject of physical education can be relaxed to non-normal graduates of related majors, but they must have the teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding subject;

3. Registration and qualification review
(1) Registration time:
February 17, 2016 - February 19, 2016
9:00-11:00 am; 2:00-4:30 pm.
(2) Registration location: Room 115, Fangshan District Education Committee (No. 9, Liangxiang West Road).
(3) The materials required for registration should be bound in the following order: 1. Fangshan District Education Commission’s 2016 recruitment registration form for professional and technical personnel; 2. Household register (copy of the home page and personal page), copy of ID card (The original must be verified); 3. Fresh graduates must submit a graduate recommendation form (stamped with the seal of the Employment Guidance Center), university transcript (stamped with the seal of the Academic Affairs Office), and graduates from 2012 to 2015 must submit copies of their graduation certificate and dispatch certificate. Copies of undergraduate graduation certificates and degree certificates (originals are required to be verified), graduate students are also required to provide copies of undergraduate diplomas and degree certificates (originals are required to be verified), and archiving certificates from the archives storage institution; 4. Teacher education certificate (stamped with the seal of the school’s Employment Guidance Center); 5. Teachers Qualification certificate (certificate is required if you pass the exam but have not obtained the certificate); 6. Award certificate; 7. Self-recommendation materials and relevant materials proving your ability.

IV. Assessment arrangements
A comprehensive assessment is adopted, which is divided into two parts: business assessment (lesson preparation, lecture) and interview (defense, interview). The business assessment and interview are conducted in one, and the overall The score is 100 points, and 60 points are qualified, and the candidates will be selected on the basis of merit. Lesson preparation: Lesson preparation time is 30 minutes. Applicants will draw lots to determine the order of assessment when signing in. After arriving in the lesson preparation room, they will extract the lecture content according to the subject requirements of the position they applied for, and submit the teaching design on the basis of independent preparation. The teaching design content of primary and secondary schools should include teaching objectives, key and difficult teaching points, teaching resources and means, main teaching methods and teaching processes. The content of kindergarten lesson plans includes activity names, activity goals, activity preparation, activity processes and teaching reflections. Lecture: The lecture time is 10-15 minutes. The content of lectures includes analysis of course standards and teaching material content, teaching objectives, key and difficult teaching points, teaching resources and means, main teaching methods and teaching processes, and self-evaluation of the content you teach. Defense and interview: The defense and interview will last 5-10 minutes. The assessment team will ask questions directly related to this position, this discipline, and this chapter based on the courses and job requirements, and the candidates will answer the questions on the spot. The assessment time and location will be announced in advance on the Fangshan Education Information Network or notified in other ways.
5. Determine the candidates to be hired
The candidates to be hired will be determined from high to low based on the overall assessment scores. Those with scores below 60 points will not be hired. When a vacancy occurs, unemployed personnel may apply for a second transfer.
(1) Inspection, physical examination and qualification review
Conduct inspection, physical examination and qualification review of the personnel to be hired. If there is any unqualified person, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
(2) Publicity
Qualified candidates are determined to be candidates for employment and will be publicized on the Fangshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website and Fangshan Education Information website to accept social supervision. The publicity period is 7 working days.
(3) Handle employment procedures
After the expiration of the publicity period, relevant procedures will be handled for those who have no objections.
(4) Position benefits
Recruited personnel will enjoy the treatment of formal teachers in accordance with the relevant regulations of public institution management.
(5) Probation period
For newly hired personnel, the probation period is half a year (fresh graduates shall comply with relevant national regulations). Those who fail to pass the probation period will be disqualified from employment.
