List of works (by number)
Beethoven's most important works include 32 piano sonatas, 9 symphonies, 5 piano concertos, violin concertos, triple concertos and late string concertos Quartet.
The numbering of Beethoven's works is compiled by the publisher of his works. Therefore, the numbering is in the order in which the works were published, rather than in the order in which they were written. For example, the woodwind octet composed in 1792 is Opus 103, while Opus 102 and 104 were composed in 1815 and 1817 respectively. Works before No. 135 were published during Beethoven's lifetime. Others were published after his death.

The mysterious Tenth Symphony
After composing the Ninth Symphony, Beethoven began to conceive and compose the Tenth Symphony. He mentioned this work in his notes and letters and conversations to others. He said that the symphony described a great synthesis, ranging from the world to the earth in terms of space. In terms of time, it is from the past to the present to the future. It can be said to be a cosmic symphony. The strangest thing is that Beethoven once said that the Tenth Symphony had been completed. But after his death, people followed his instructions but failed to find the score.
In 1844, Beethoven's assistant Anton Schindler published an article about the symphony, which aroused widespread attention and speculation at the time. Since then, clues and speculation about new discoveries about the symphony have emerged, but nothing groundbreaking has emerged.
Some people even claim to have heard the first movement of the Tenth Symphony, but there is no evidence to support this claim.
Dr. Barry Cooper reconstructed the first movement of the Tenth Symphony based on various collected manuscripts. But the work was not universally recognized by the music industry.
