1. After opening a browser or a webpage, select: Tools -intermet option to delete the file and confirm. This step is to clear the cached files in the computer, so as to find the downloaded files faster.

2. Start to listen to or try the files you want to download. After the played video or audio file is played, the video has been downloaded.
