Sora (ソラ Sora) is a boy with a simple personality who seems happy most of the time. He has a strong sense of justice and a personality that refuses to admit defeat. He sometimes behaves impulsively and irritably, but when he treats his friends, whether he speaks or acts, he is always full of sincerity. He has two best friends, Riku and Kairi.

Sora is approximately four years old in Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, and at the beginning of Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. Fourteen years old, which is fifteen in Kingdom Hearts 2.

He lives on Destiny Island with his good friends Riku and Kelly. They dream of one day being able to go to the other side of the sea to see the outside world.
