10. To learn Tai Chi, one must gather the spirit and gather energy

Tai Chi precedes Tai Chi, which is Wuji. Hongmeng and Qi are mixed and indistinguishable, so Wuji is the mother of Tai Chi, which is the innate mechanism of all things. When the two Qi are divided, the heaven and the earth are judged, and Tai Chi is formed. The two Qi are yin and yang, yin is static and yang is moving, yin is breathing and yang is generating. Heaven and earth are divided into clear and turbid, clear floats and turbid sinks, clear is high and turbid is low, yin and yang intersect, clear and turbid intersect, the mist is transformed into life, and all things are born. Human life is inherently infinite, and this is the innate opportunity. Jumping into the day after tomorrow, it becomes Tai Chi. Therefore, all things have Wuji, and all things have Taiji.

As for human beings, when there is movement, there must be stillness, and when there is stillness, there must be movement. Movement and stillness are related to each other, and Yin and Yang are divided into one and the same Tai Chi. Human vitality depends entirely on spirit. When the Qi is clear and floating, it is the same as going up to heaven; when the spirit is concentrated and restrained, it is the same as going down to the earth. The intersection of spirit and energy is like Tai Chi. Therefore, in order to teach me Tai Chi, you must first understand the wonderful way of Tai Chi. If you don't know this, you are not my disciple.

In Tai Chi, the stillness is like movement, and the movement is like stillness. Movement and stillness circulate and are continuously connected. Then the two Qi are intertwined, and the image of Tai Chi is completed. Keep your spirit within and gather your energy outside. The intention arrives before the punch arrives, and the intention arrives before the punch arrives. Those who mean it are the messengers of God. The spirit and energy are expressed, and the position of Tai Chi is determined. Its image is established and its position is established. The mist is metamorphosed. And it evolved into the number seventy-two.

There are three general movements of Tai Chi: squeeze, squeeze, press, lean on the elbows, advance and retreat, look right and left, and stay in the center, according to the five elements of the Bagua and the restraints. Its imaginary spirit, hold and pull, relax the waist, determine the emptiness and reality, sink and sink, use the intention without exerting force, follow the up and down, the inside and outside are consistent, continuous connection, and seek stillness in movement. These are the ten essentials of Tai Chi, and it is the only method for scholars.

Learning Tai Chi is the foundation for entering the Tao; entering the Tao mainly focuses on cultivating the mind, gathering energy and concentrating the spirit. Therefore, when practicing this boxing, you must do the same. If the mind cannot be at peace, the nature will be disturbed, and the Qi will not gather outside, and the spirit will be disturbed. If the mind and nature are not connected and the spirit and energy are not intertwined, all the four bodies and hundreds of meridians in the whole body will die. Even if the method works according to the potential, the method will be ineffective.

If you want to have peace of mind and calmness, and to concentrate your energy and energy, the practice of meditation is indispensable, and the method of practicing martial arts cannot be abandoned.

Scholars must seek the benefits of Tai Chi in movement and stillness, and seek the principles of life and restraint in the Bagua and Five Elements. Then mix the numbers of seven and two to become infinite, and the mind, spirit, and energy will work together to achieve peace of mind. The spirit gathers the Qi, Tai Chi is formed in one body, Yin and Yang are intertwined, movement and stillness are harmonized, and all the four meridians of the whole body flow smoothly without sticking or stagnation. This is how I can teach my method.

11. Tai Chi exercise method

Tai Chi exercise is about harmonizing yin and yang and combining spirit and energy. Meditation is the first step.

Before doing the exercises, you should treat the internal organs. If the internal organs are purified and free of dregs, the spirit will be gathered and the Qi will be gathered, and the breath will be adjusted on its own. Then breathe in and out, so that the yin and yang interact, completely becoming the image of Tai Chi, and then perform the kung fu in various places:

Meditate: Sit with your heart in silence, stop thinking, stop emotions and desires, and preserve the true essence. This is the heart skill. Cross one's legs, bend one's thighs, and place one's heels tightly against the gate of life to consolidate the essence and qi. This is a body skill. Cover the ears tightly with both hands, fold your fingers and flick the ear bones to dispel the evil spirits of the wind and pool. This is the first skill. Rub the face with both hands until it is hot, and rub it with saliva to treat external invasion. This is the facial skill. Press the helix of the ear with both hands and rub it up and down to clear the fire. This is the ear skill. Close your eyelashes tightly, turn your eyes inward, and move left and right to illuminate the divine room. This is the eye function. Open the mouth wide, stir the mouth with your tongue, and sound the heavenly drum with your hands to cure the heat. This is the oral skill. Knocking the teeth thirty-six and closing the teeth tightly can gather the soul. This is the skill of the teeth. Use the big fingers of both hands to rub the heat and rub the nose with thirty-six fingers on the left and right to calm it down. This is the nose function.

Now that you have acquired the secret of this practice, you must be sincere, meditate, and stop all desires, and do it from the beginning, only then can you gradually ascend and prove my great path. The foundation of immortality lies here.

If you are new to Tai Chi but don’t know the secrets of performing the exercises and ignore them, this is tantamount to making an elixir without collecting the medicine. Taking medicine without refining the elixir will not lead you to the road to immortality. Unable to achieve.

Gong and boxing must be practiced together. Gaigong belongs to softness while boxing belongs to hardness. Boxing belongs to movement while power belongs to stillness. Hardness and softness complement each other. Movement and stillness are related to each other. They become the symbols of Tai Chi and complement each other. Sufficient for practical use. Those who practice Tai Chi must be aware of the magical effects of the exercise. Those who want to practice martial arts must first understand the wonderful way of Tai Chi. ”
