The NetEase Cloud Music on my mobile phone cannot connect to the Internet due to data usage. It suddenly happened like this today. What is the problem?

The above is because the mobile phone prohibits NetEase Cloud Music from using mobile data traffic. Just allow NetEase Cloud Music to use mobile data traffic. The specific steps are as follows:

1. First open Setting options on the main interface of the mobile phone.

2. After opening the settings page, select and click the "Cellular Mobile Network" option, as shown in the figure below.

3. After entering the cellular network interface, find and enter the "NetEase Cloud Music" application, as shown in the figure below.

4. After entering the application interface, you can see that the data traffic permission is turned off, as shown in the figure below.

5. Finally, check the "WLAN and Cellular Mobile Network" option.
