Announcement of the Fugou County Open Recruitment Teacher Leadership Group
In order to meet the needs of the county’s educational development, it has been decided to recruit 200 teachers with both political integrity and talent in an open, fair, competitive and selective manner. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment conditions
Possess corresponding teacher qualifications, good political quality, good moral character, love education, obey organizational arrangements, and will not request transfer within five years ; Be under 32 years old and in good health.
2. Recruitment plan
This time, 200 teachers from ordinary high schools and rural primary schools are recruited.
1. There are 40 ordinary high school teachers, including 8 mathematics teachers, 7 physics teachers, 7 chemistry teachers, 6 biology teachers, 7 geography teachers, and 5 English teachers.
2. There are 160 rural primary school teachers, including 45 Chinese teachers, 45 mathematics teachers, 50 English teachers, 10 music teachers and 10 art teachers.
3. Recruitment targets
1. Recruitment targets for ordinary high school teachers: full-time undergraduate graduates of normal colleges and universities majoring in teaching.
2. Recruitment target for rural primary school teachers: graduates of full-time colleges and universities with associate degree or above; full-time secondary normal school graduates from Fugou with associate degree or above.
The majors reported by ordinary high school teachers and English, music, and art teachers in rural primary schools must be the same as the majors they studied.
4. Registration Method
I must hold the originals and copies of my graduation certificate, employment registration certificate or employment agreement, teacher qualification certificate, ID card, etc. on August 1, 2011. Register at the County Education and Sports Bureau from 9:00 to 17:00 on August 10. Secondary school graduates must hold both the original and a copy of their household register.
5. Examination Method
The content of the examination is basic knowledge of education and professional knowledge of the subject you apply for. It is divided into written examination and interview. The time and place of the exam are subject to the admission ticket. There will be a written test first and then an interview. The written test will be a closed-book test in accordance with the requirements of the general college entrance examination, with a full score of 150 points. Based on the written test scores, students will be admitted to the interview in a ratio of 1:1.2 from high scores to low scores in the applied disciplines. The full interview score will be 100 points. When college student village officials serve in the village for 2 years and have completed the "three supports and one support" service period, 10 points will be added to the written test score of those who pass the assessment. The list of candidates for interview will be published on the Fugou County Education Network. The interview will be conducted in the form of a trial lecture or defense. The interview results will be announced on the spot. The written test and interview scores will account for 60% and 40% respectively.
Those who pass the examination will go to the designated hospital for a physical examination. Proposed personnel are announced on the Fugou County Education Network. Qualified personnel are included in the teacher establishment and the recruitment procedures are completed.
