Wear shoes of course! Wearing shoes can protect your ankles very well, and aerobics is different from that style of dance. You can dance without shoes and feel better. Aerobics is very tiring. I have studied aerobics professionally in college for three years. There are calluses on the soles of your feet. You can imagine what it would be like to do aerobics without shoes. . . . . I suggest you check out Nike and Adidas shoes.
