Eye exercises are a kind of eye health exercises that relax the eyes by massaging acupoints around the eyes. When I was in elementary school, I had to do eye exercises every day. Every day at 10 o'clock in the morning, the school would play music and everyone would start doing eye exercises. Let’s take a look at how to do eye exercises. 01
The old version of rubbing Tianying point:
Put the thumbs of both hands upside down between the brow and the inner corner of the eye. The other four fingers are placed on the forehead in a bow shape, and the thumb draws circles from the inside out, clockwise and counterclockwise alternately, to relax the eyes. 02
Squeeze the Jingming point:
Place the index fingers of both hands between the bridge of the nose and the inner corners of the eyes, alternating up and down, without using too much force. 03
Massage Sibai acupoint:
Place the index fingers of both hands directly under the eyes, align them with the highest point of the bridge of the nose, and massage in circular motions. You can slowly massage toward the outside of the face to expand the massage range. 04
Press the temples and scrape the eye sockets:
Press the temples with the thumbs of both hands, gently scrape the eyelids with the index finger, and massage back and forth from the inside to the outside. Alternate up and down, scrape the upper eye area and then the lower eye area to unblock meridians, activate blood circulation, and soothe the eyes. 05
The first step of the new version of eye exercises is different from the old version:

Knead the earlobe, and hold the floor with your toes. Pinch the earlobe with your index finger and thumb, and gently massage in circular motions to promote blood circulation and relax the pressure on the head. The power moves toward the feet and the toes grip the ground hard. 10
Dredge lymph nodes in the neck:
Bend the index finger, make a fist with the other four fingers, and scrape from behind the ears to the shoulder and neck from top to bottom. Dredge lymphatic meridians, detoxify and nourish the skin, accelerate blood flow, and reduce the burden on the eyes. 11
