Does adding other people’s music as background music to a video you make constitute infringement?

Legal analysis: Adding other people’s works as background music at will will constitute copyright infringement. Producers of musical works enjoy copyright, and one of these rights is the right to network transmission. That is, if there is a fee to produce a video with background music, the producer who uses the background music must obtain the consent of the copyright holder and pay remuneration, otherwise it constitutes infringement.

Legal basis: "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China" Article 10 Copyright includes the following personal rights and property rights:

(12) Information network dissemination rights, that is, wired or made available to the public wirelessly, enabling the public to obtain rights to the work at a time and place of their choosing.
