There are two batches for admission to art colleges and majors.

The first batch is art majors and key art colleges among the 985 and 211 engineering schools, that is, a group of undergraduates admitted in advance.

The second batch is for art majors in general colleges and universities, that is, the second batch of undergraduates admitted in one batch.

If neither the early batch nor the first batch are admitted to the undergraduate program, art students can give up their major and take the second batch of cultural courses based on their cultural scores.

⑶ Non-Jiangsu province candidates majoring in music performance and musicology (teacher training) will be admitted in accordance with the provisions of the "Soochow University 2015 Music Major Admissions Guide"; Jiangsu province candidates are required to have both cultural and professional scores that meet the provincial minimum control score for the same batch. And the English single subject score is no less than 56 points. Musicology (teaching) majors are admitted based on the provincial unified examination scores from high to low. Candidates majoring in music performance should take the professional examination organized by our school and pass the score. According to the school examination major Admission will be based on merit from high to low scores.
