In March 2016, at the annual conference of Guangyana, it was the first time I came into contact with meditation and met Teacher Sudir. At that time, I was in my mind From a superficial understanding, meditation is the same thing as "meditating". During one day at the annual meeting, under the leadership of the teacher, I experienced ancient Zen and modern Zen respectively, and tasted the taste of meditation, which gave me a feeling of relaxation.
During the three-day annual meeting, I learned dynamic meditation, awakening meditation, and Kundalini meditation. At that time, I could only notice the soreness and swelling in my body and the relaxation after meditation.
At this time, there was a very long distance between me and my body. I was living in various standards, judgments, analyses, right and wrong in my mind. In life, I was unconsciously stuck in my mind. After external people and things triggered my emotions, I got stuck in the whirlpool of emotions and didn't know how to return to my inner self and connect with my heart.
Fortunately, I met Jingxin, and from then on, I started meditating every day.

In July 2016, after I had 100 days of dynamic meditation experience, I came to the 7-day meditation instructor class and had close contact with Teacher Sudhir.
I found out my true feelings about the course led by the teacher after finishing the tutor class:
“Teacher Sudir’s meditation is like the boundless vastness. Like the planet, it can bring endless energy, and different types of meditation can bring us different feelings: dynamic meditation, Kundalini meditation, mindless meditation, meditation of returning to the center, meditation of deep relaxation, neutral meditation... In the teacher. In this world, there are so many ways of meditation that can be brought to us. The most touching thing is the teacher’s dedicated spirit. He comes on time at 7 o’clock every day and leaves after 10 o’clock in the evening. He is so meticulous about the technical points of meditation. , patience, letting everyone understand and how to operate bit by bit. In him, I saw love, dedication, and responsibility in addition to meditation..."
At the same time, during the course, Su Mr. Sudir gave me a 15-minute case study. This is how I shared my feelings at the time:
“Teacher Sudir’s case study is fast, efficient, and expands the space. It does not solve a certain problem, but It takes me to a deeper space.
My challenge is that when I face obstacles such as rejection and emotions, I don’t know how to face them and I habitually avoid them. Teacher Sudir asked me that. When you want to do something, I subconsciously answer, I don’t want to escape, I want to face it. So I don’t know how to face it.
Under the guidance of the teacher, connect with the heart and let go of the mind. , believe in the feelings of the body, believe in the feelings of the heart, and you will automatically know how to do it. When I connect with the heart, tears will naturally fall. Those are tears of pain from the heart, and the heart will be reborn again. .
When I connect with my heart, I find that all obstacles just need to be solved, and there is no fear, anxiety, fear, etc. that obstacles brought to me in the past. My mind is calm and I am free. I have also slowed down.
I have been very busy these past few days, but I have returned to the center and connected with my heart. My emotions are very stable. It is really as the teacher said, I am new. This feeling. It's very wonderful! I feel that when I face the problems in life, I feel very relaxed. This feeling is great.
When I start to connect with my heart, the ice and snow in my heart begin to melt, and my body's intuition begins. Starting to recover, all the problems in life are just challenges and experiences. It doesn't matter about face or face, just experience it. I feel that everything in the inner world is recovering and spring is blooming. It is really as the teacher said, the arrival of the second life. p>
During these seven days of meditation, I began to connect more with my body and my heart, and I became closer to my heart. ”

Two years later, in April 2018, I had a face-to-face one-on-one case with Mr. Sudir. I talked about fear and not being good enough. When I felt that I was not good enough, I tried my best to Study, study, study, but I always feel like it’s not enough. It’s not that I’m not good at studying, it’s just that I’m obsessed with studying.
The teacher led me to meditate to dissolve myself. My inner mind expanded little by little, and my mind calmed down little by little. It's all so wonderful!
After returning to life, I discovered that I am aware of my emotions and inner thoughts very quickly, and the change this brought me is that I can do things in a day that I could only do in the past few days. Then, I started to deal with the difficult things accumulated in the past, and I was very relaxed in the process. During the next three days of meditation classes, listening to the sound of electric drills for decoration coming from time to time next door to the classroom, I felt as calm as water.
In the teacher’s meditation case class, we discussed issues such as weight loss, fear, intimacy, depression, external abundance, internal lack, etc. One of my partners said, in fact, the teacher and I After three or four minutes of conversation, there will be no problem. The entire case process has brought me a lot of learning and improvement of case skills.
In the meditation skills class, Adi Xia’s meditation led us to transform into compassion in the face of pain, with tears streaming down our faces; dynamic meditation’s complete breathing and continuous jumping brought me the rise of new energy; pulse Chakra breathing allows me to feel the energy of each chakra flowing internally; the meditation of listening with my heart, no judgment or analysis, only the vibration of my heart... all these experiences are very wonderful.
In meditation, relax, return to yourself, your heart, and your being, and you will experience an incredible inner world.
