If there is no incoming call ringtone when the phone calls, it is recommended that you:

1. Check whether the phone is in silent or vibrating mode.

2. Adjust the ringtone volume for incoming calls on your mobile phone: slide down the top curtain of the screen - long press the sound icon to enter the sound interface - volume - ringtone, increase the ringtone volume and try.

3. If there is still no incoming call ringtone, please try changing the built-in system ringtone of your phone.

4. Some machines support the function of turning off all sounds. It is recommended to enter Settings - Accessibility - (Hearing) - Turn off all sounds - Turn off.

5. If it doesn’t work, please back up the data in your phone (contacts, text messages, pictures, etc.) and then restore the factory settings.
