Currently, the concert venue of SMTOWN SPECIAL STAGE in HONG KONG has been changed to the Hong Kong Coliseum. The following are the organizer’s arrangements for ticket refunds and exchanges for those who have purchased tickets:

1. Ticket exchange

Those who have purchased tickets can go through the ticket exchange procedures through the following channels from July 17 to 7 pm on August 5, so that they can go to the Coliseum to enjoy " SMTOWN SPECIAL STAGE in HONG KONG》. Those who purchase tickets with a credit card: They must bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets and go to Tom Lee Music Store or Qantas Ticket Office during the above time to handle the ticket exchange procedure. Those who purchase tickets by cash: They must bring the purchased tickets with them. Go to the Qantas Ticketing Office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center during the above time to handle the ticket exchange procedure.

2. Refund the ticket

Bring the credit card used to purchase the ticket or the purchased ticket , during the above time, go to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center Qantas Ticketing Box Office to handle the refund procedure.

*Note: Tickets for "SMTOWN SPECIAL STAGE in HONG KONG" of "ICBC (Asia) Hong Kong Esports Music Festival" pre-purchased on or before June 25 will not be applicable to the new venue.
