Graduated from the Vocal Music Department of Shenyang Conservatory of Music in 1983, and served as a teacher in the National Vocal Music Department of Shenyang Conservatory of Music in the same year;

Joined the Changchun Film Studio Orchestra in 1988 and judged the national second-level soloists ;

In 1993, he joined the Beijing Song and Dance Ensemble as a soloist;

In 1997, he entered the School of Music of Capital Normal University as an associate professor of vocal music and a master's tutor (ethnic vocal music).
