The second method:

Connect the Apple phone to the computer, open the itunes software, and click on the music in itunes, (as shown in the picture below)

Right-click on the song you want to delete, a box will pop up, select "Delete", (as shown in the picture below)

Then click "Device iPhone" and select Apple "Music" on the phone, (as shown in the picture below)

Check the "Sync Music" box, and then click "Sync" on the lower right, (as shown in the picture below)
