According to official website's inquiry of the Central Conservatory of Music, the Central Conservatory of Music was formed by the merger of the Music Department of Lu Xun Art College in Yan 'an in 1938, the Chongqing National Conservatory of Music in 194, the Three Music Departments of North China University in 1948, and the Music Department of National Beiping Art College in 1918.
