Guidelines

☆Uncontrollable coughing and sneezing will definitely interfere with your and other audience members’ enjoyment of the concert. If your throat is itchy, you can take non-chewable lozenges in your mouth; if you are unable to control your cough or sneeze, please use a handkerchief or scarf to weaken the sound. ☆ In order to show respect for the artist and not to affect the normal enjoyment of music by others, please do not be late or leave early. ☆ During the performance, please do not chat with your companions or comment on the artist, and do not hum or dance along for the moment. This is very disrespectful behavior.
☆ Under normal circumstances, the audience is not allowed to give flowers to the artist at will during the performance. If there are special circumstances and require to give flowers to the artist in a personal name, they should contact the venue staff in advance. Instructions
Once you purchase a performance ticket for the concert hall, you have concluded a small contract with the hall. You are the creator and promiser of the contract. Please note the following matters, your personal rights and interests will be protected to the greatest extent.
☆ For the safety of you and others, flammable, explosive and other dangerous goods are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. If you have such items with you, please leave them to the concert hall staff for disposal, and then go to the concert hall to enjoy the music without any worries, adding more peace to your mind.
☆ The concert hall is a public place where smoking is strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed anywhere, including the bathroom.
☆ Performance tickets are proof of your enjoyment of the service. Please keep the ticket surface intact and clean. It is prohibited to alter or paste the ticket surface. Please do not fold, carve, expose the performance ticket, or allow it to come close to high-temperature objects.
☆ Due to operation and management reasons, once the performance tickets are sold, we cannot accept your refund. Therefore, please consider your choice carefully before purchasing tickets to avoid unnecessary losses to you. and troubles.
☆ For all programs hosted by the concert hall, a senior musician or band conductor will introduce the night's performance half an hour before the performance (19:30). Please enter on time.
☆ In accordance with international practice, latecomers will not be allowed in during the concert. Even if you are just one minute late, you will have to wait outside as soon as the door of the concert hall is closed, and the venue staff will guide you to your seat between songs or during intermission. Because during a concert, your movements can affect the performance of the artist and the enjoyment of other audience members. You are not allowed to record, videotape or take photos without permission because the price you paid for the concert hall performance ticket does not include the property rights required for the performance. ☆ If a performance is canceled due to force majeure or irresponsible factors such as natural disasters, matters related to accepting refunds will be handled in accordance with the temporary notices of the concert hall.
☆ Applause warmly at the end of all works. The artist may return and perform an encore due to your warm applause. However, expectations for the artist’s return can only be expressed with continuous and warm applause. You cannot force your return by shouting "one more".
☆ During the performance, after each program or track ends, the artist will bow to the audience. The audience should applaud each curtain call. At the end of the last program, the audience should all applaud.
