In August 1982, he was transferred to the Soldier Song and Dance Ensemble of the Guangzhou Military Region as a soloist. During his military career, he accompanied the troops to perform more than a thousand times in Beijing, Hunan, Hubei, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan and other places. He sang "Tomb of the Unknown Soldier" (composed by Zheng Qiufeng), "Soldier's Mother" (composed by Xu Zhaoji), " "The Singing Bamboo Forest" (a song by Du Jiangang) and other outstanding songs, sang the theme song for the dance drama "He Long", and once played the leading role in the opera "The Bugle Loud" (an outstanding drama of the entire army).
In 1985, he studied vocal music under Mr. Cen Bing, a famous tenor and vocal educator.
In 1987, he participated in the charity performance of "China Charity Night" in Macau and Hong Kong.
In 1990, he was transferred to the Guangzhou Orchestra as a soloist. Served as the lead singer of "The Sun of Asia" (a song selected for the Asian Games). In the same year, he participated in the "Cen Bing Outstanding Student Concert".
In 1992, he sang the theme song for Pearl Film Studio's Japanese Film Festival exhibitor film "Filmmaker" and the TV series "My Sun" recorded by Guangdong TV Station. In the same year, he recorded the song albums "World Famous Songs" and "Phantom Convolution" (published by China Record Company Guangzhou Branch and Watson Recording Co., Ltd.).
In 1996, he was transferred to Shenyang Conservatory of Music as a vocal music teacher. In 1998, he participated in the 60th anniversary performance of Shenyang Conservatory of Music and served as the lead singer of the chorus "Yellow River Cantata".
In 1999, he was transferred to the singing department of the High School Affiliated to Shenyang Conservatory of Music to engage in vocal music teaching, and has trained many vocal talents for art colleges at home and abroad. He has written many academic papers, and many of his students have won awards in provincial professional competitions.
