You can use the "Time ..." function of GoldWave to adjust the tempo of music, as follows:

First, open the music file you want to edit with this software.

second, click the effect of the menu bar and select the "time ..." option.

3. Click Change in the small dialog box that pops up, and use the mouse to pull the small button to make it faster to the left and slower to the right.

fourth, click the "ok" option at the bottom.

5. then click the file in the menu bar and select "save as (a) ...".
