I packed up early in the morning, and before eight o'clock, I called Azhi up to the fifth floor and set off together.

Azhi is a very good yoga friend. Although she only joined last year, she likes her from the bottom of her heart and persists silently. She rarely misses classes and always arrives early. She can endure the practice. The process was boring and tedious, I endured the physical pain during the practice, and made rapid progress. She herself said, why do you like it and why do you insist on it? Because I have benefited deeply.

Yoga conveys the simplicity and purity of life. Practicing yoga is a process of freedom for the whole body and mind.

Azhi’s job requires a lot of sitting time. Like everyone else, she is a “head-down person” when she has nothing to do. Now, she found that after practicing yoga, in addition to stretching her muscles and moving her limbs, she also practiced breathing and meditation. Her sleep has improved and she feels much more relaxed and comfortable.

Yoga gives us physical and mental benefits that far exceed our efforts.

Our beautiful yoga instructor Lulu has been waiting for everyone at the yoga studio early in the morning. There is also Lulu’s mother, who is a loyal supporter of her daughter and goes in and out with Lulu every day. Lulu taught seriously on the stage, and Luma practiced hard off the stage. This is also a major attraction in our yoga studio.

Lulu is a little girl. Years of yoga practice have made her more youthful, fit and full of vitality. She has long hair and big eyes. She is smart, quiet and generous, lively, cute, pure and cheerful. She always speaks softly and patiently tutors every student...

Speaking of yoga studios, how can we miss out on senior fans such as Teacher Shen, Sister Hui, and Enzi? How many of them are there? All of them are big names in the yoga studio. The difficult movements are close to the level of instructors, and they all arrived early.

When I saw that the course I was going to take in the evening was "Therapeutic Yoga", I was so happy. This is my favorite yoga spine therapy course! Thanks, gratitude.

When the lights in the yoga studio dim, and when the gentle, tranquil, relaxing and joyful yoga music sounds, we cross our legs and close our arms. Put your eyes, hands in wisdom mudra, on your knees, and start to adjust your breathing...

We breathed deeply and exhaled slowly, as if we were sitting on the soft grass, with the tinkling sound of spring water in our ears, and the clear chirping of birds from time to time, and we seemed to I am sitting on the white beach, listening to the waves gently lapping the rocks, and groups of seagulls skimming the water and flying into the distance...

At this moment, we are far away from the troubles of the world and have gained short-term freedom. We are just ourselves, a warm and clean living body.

Yoga, for us, sometimes heals, often helps, but always soothes.
