Self-appraisal of music teachers' work

Part I

In junior year, our music education teachers and colleges arranged for us to go to Guangya Middle School, the middle school attached to China Normal University, and the Orff Education Training Course to learn about the work of teachers as an education platform in advance. The students in Guangya Middle School have high musical quality and strong receptive ability, so the content taught by the teacher will be deepened appropriately. And every class is wonderful. Listening to the class in the middle school attached to China Normal University has made me know something about this link in junior high school. As far as knowledge acceptance is concerned, junior high school students are simple, ordinary students (non-professional students) have no music foundation, so it is enough to talk about some basic music knowledge, which is too deep and complicated for students to understand, and it is easy for students to lose interest, resulting in a boring classroom atmosphere, or for students to do something unrelated to music in class, then the music class will lose its meaning.

Every student should write a summary of the internship to remind us of what we have learned today and what we feel, so as to get some inspiration and prepare for the next internship.

There are also efforts in teacher training skills. The training of chalk characters and Putonghua. At the end of last semester, our college organized a micro-trial lecture with each class's study group as the unit, from studying textbooks to writing teaching plans, and finally, the classroom trial lecture, which was commented by group members and guided by teachers individually. The whole microteaching training is interspersed in the learning process of professional courses, and our microteaching ability has been improved to some extent. After the trial training, everyone will hand in a trial video as a grading assignment. After the school selection for internship last semester, we immediately devoted ourselves to the preparatory work of the internship team, got in touch with the internship school, determined the internship materials, defined the whole internship process, and worked out the plan for the preparatory work before the internship.

During the summer vacation, I went to my alma mater for a internship. Brought music majors, vocal music, solfeggio, music theory and other professional courses. Ways and means for students to consolidate their knowledge. In addition, I also asked the teachers for teaching questions, asking me to fasten the teaching concept of the new curriculum and design the teaching according to the actual situation of the students. The whole internship process benefited me a lot and laid a good foundation for the next specific internship.

Preparation of teaching materials and teaching plans. In view of the actual situation of feedback from practice, this paper makes some understanding of the music teaching materials of junior high school and senior high school in practice school, and makes preliminary preparations for relevant teaching design and activity plan design. Because the feedback information is too little and uncertain, only a little bit can be prepared.

The above is my preparation for educational practice during my junior year and summer vacation. I have gained a lot and my ability has been greatly improved, which has laid a good foundation for the practice. However, through these preparatory work, I also found my own shortcomings in many aspects, so I plan to make greater efforts in the sprint stage before the internship, check the gaps and fill in the gaps, and welcome the internship in a new state.

Part II

I entered the gate of Suning No.4 Middle School for the first time, just in time for them to go to school in the afternoon, pushing a car at the door and waiting to open the door. I kept thinking at that time: these children look as tall as me, will they be particularly naughty? Will they accept a teacher like me? How can I take classes to make them accept it? How can I take my music class to make them happy, that is, to relax and let them feel what real music is … and so on.

I can't stop thinking about it. But the last thought strengthened me. I must teach them well and make them fall in love with my class. My lovely students, I must treat you sincerely! Entering the principal's door, two principals greeted us, told us about the general situation of the school, and said everything about the internship. Immediately, they said, "Music teachers are short, and classes will be officially held tomorrow. Others will come again next week to see if they are listening to lectures or directly attending classes." My heart immediately became tense. How could it be like this? I haven't trained, I haven't adjusted my mentality, and the children haven't seen it, so I went to the battlefield. I feel very weak in my heart. My tutor has done a day's ideological work for me, and finally I can accept this reality. Teach it, music class, simple …

The first art festival. This is the ultimate goal of my internship here, to host a stage of my own. First of all, the students signed up enthusiastically. Some children sing well, but they dare not sing. However, some children sing out of tune, but they are very enthusiastic. I don't know what to say. Some children are crying and say, "Teacher, please give me another chance, give me another chance" (I have been given many opportunities ... I am very sad, but I have to brush her down for the sake of the whole ...) As a music teacher, there is nothing I can do. Many children are very motivated and especially good at expressing themselves, but they are so young that they have to bear the pain of failure. Rehearsal again and again, tempering your heart again and again, and being hit by our teachers again and again. Only in exchange for the last performance, the day before the performance, I really couldn't eat or sleep. I am very worried about them, but I still can't bear to part with them ... After the performance, I will say goodbye to them. After a month and a half of intense rehearsal, I have already had deep feelings, ups and downs. I love my students very much ... I hate to say goodbye. On the day of the performance, all the children were very happy! Be fully prepared for your own program! I think everything is great! Finally, I took a photo with the children, and the children jumped to take a photo with me. They were very happy, but they didn't control themselves and cried so hard. The children also cried, unwilling to let me go, and said, "Teacher, do you have to go?" I'm so sad ...

No matter how sad I am, I won't give up, and the final result will still be to leave. All good things must come to an end, but I left early ... Children, have a good time in junior high school for three years! If we are destined, we will meet again! ..... The teacher wishes you and cheers for you! I won't forget you!

Part III

As a trainee teacher, I have accumulated a lot of profound experiences in two months' work practice. Although I am a trainee teacher, my atmosphere has deeply infected me, making my working years in Huashi full of freshness and harvest every day.

I just left school, just like my children's big sister. With my love for my children from the bottom of my heart, I often unconsciously treat my children as my brothers and sisters and really love them. I believe that children need more love when they are young, and when they leave their families, teachers are her trusted objects. Especially this time, when I took the lower grades, some children didn't adapt to the environment at the beginning, and various situations appeared. In the example of my teaching teacher, Mr. Zhao, I embraced every child with a true and soft heart. Gradually, the children became familiar with me and were willing to come to class. Now, the children and I have a good relationship. They have echoed my feelings with their actions. From the mouth of my parents, I also know that the children are deeply in love with music lessons and teachers, just like a sentence: "Maybe you only give your child one point, but your child will report you ten points, 1% or even more." I'm glad I took the first step.

This internship made me feel a lot. On the one hand, I deeply feel that knowledge is vast, which makes me have to study hard day and night; On the other hand, I also deeply realized that to be an excellent teacher, not only should you be knowledgeable, but you should also pay attention to other aspects such as language, expression, psychological state and action manner. My feeling after each class is: It's not easy to be a good teacher!

After the trial teaching began, my daily job was to listen to excellent music teachers' lessons-write lesson plans-try teaching-modify-try teaching, and practice and improve it repeatedly. Until you practice what you want to say in a class until you know it by heart. Even so, when I went deep into the classroom for the first time, I still encountered many problems that I had not learned in normal schools and had not expected in advance. After all, the mentality when we try to teach is very different from that when we go to the classroom formally.

It is not enough to teach students knowledge if we only know the knowledge in books. As the saying goes, "If you want to give students a bowl of water, you have to have a bucket of water". A good class not only requires us to learn from others, but also requires students to mention some knowledge that is not covered in books. At this time, you should not only know these knowledge points yourself, but more importantly, you should be able to express them in plain language that students can easily understand. I have a deep understanding of this. For example, once I was teaching a little rhythm, the students couldn't sing well. I broke down the duration of each note, but in the end, the students still couldn't sing well. Later, I had to ask the instructor how to express it here. It turns out that for primary school students, some knowledge points don't need to be solved too thoroughly. Let the students imitate it. For example, it can imitate the cicada sound in summer.

Through this experience, I deeply feel that I can't guess students' thinking with my own thinking. What I think is very simple will probably be an incomprehensible place for students who have just involved in this knowledge. At this time, it is even more important for us to express this knowledge clearly to them in what way. Therefore, in the future practice, I will not just figure it out myself as before, but pay more attention to how to express my knowledge to students in an interesting way. This move of mine has really received good results, and students generally say that my speech is more interesting after class. This makes me feel very gratified.

In the process of being an intern class teacher, I learned a lot about class management from their former class teacher, which really benefited me a lot. For example, how to talk with students, how to help underachievers become advanced students and so on. Although these experiences are very valuable, I haven't completely copied them. First, I think my identity is different from their original class teacher after all. Secondly, I feel that I am about the same age as the students, unlike the original class teacher, there is more or less a generation gap with them. This is my advantage and should be used. Therefore, in the long-term contact with students, I gradually formed a set of ways of doing things that not only have my own style, but also absorbed the original valuable experience, and also received good results.

For example, when I had a heart-to-heart talk with a classmate in my internship class, she told me that she did very well in her second grade, and almost every exam was in the top of her class, and her math performance was still outstanding. In her own words, "It was a pleasure to learn math at that time", but now the situation is completely different. Not only did her overall performance plummet, but even her own strength math was in jeopardy. When I asked about the reasons, she told me that she lost confidence because of a mistake in the exam, and that the senior students were more difficult than the junior ones, which made her grades even more backward, so that now she lost confidence in reading and wanted to devote herself to her hobby to learn dance. And she didn't tell the original class teacher, because the class teacher was "too fierce". After listening to it, I didn't directly object to her point of view, but analyzed her idea from the aspects of objective conditions, learning conditions and future prospects, which made her understand who is lighter and who is heavier between learning and hobbies, and guided her to feel that she had put her mind on learning.

Although my education road has just started, I am full of expectation and confidence for my future road. Yes, the good teacher-student atmosphere has infected me, and I am proud of being a teacher!
