turn on the "speakers" in the lower right corner. If you see two speakers, it is obvious that there is nothing wrong with your earphone connection. In this case, the peripheral speakers cover the headphones.

and then we will debug two sound bars. The one that can hear the sound is the one that controls the peripheral speakers. We click on the speaker icon above to enter the setting interface.

Then we see "Device Usage" at the bottom of this interface, click the drop-down menu, select "Do not use this device (disable)" and click "OK".
