Children's physical education activities: sending toys home to babies

Design intention: For children in small classes, the first thing to cultivate is their interest in sports activities. This is determined by the characteristics of children's physical and mental development. Only interest can drive them to practice skills. Therefore, I designed the game of "Sending Toy Baby Home", integrating warm-up activities, action demonstrations, key exercises, and solving difficult problems into the game, so that children can happily and independently master activity skills in the constantly unfolding game.

Activity goals

1. Cultivate children’s interest in participating in sports activities and develop the habit of obeying rules.

2. Exercise children to walk along a certain route to improve their body balance ability.

3. Learn to give toys to each other with your peers and experience the joy of cooperation and communication.

Activity preparation

1. Place 5-6 plastic baskets at both ends of the venue, and the number of toys is 2-3 times the number of children.

2. Draw 4-5 paths 3-5 meters long and 25 centimeters wide in the middle of the site. Green represents grass on the roadside, and there is a certain distance between the paths. Set a quick cotton pad halfway.

3. The music "Toy March" with a distinctive rhythm.

Activity process

1. Warm-up activities:

Following the background music, lead the children to practice imitating small animals to stimulate their interest in participating in the activities.

2. Create situations to stimulate interest:

1. "Children, do you like crawling? (Like) Let's learn how to crawl like little ants, let's do it together Climb over the cotton pad. "I said the game nursery rhyme: "Climb, crawl, crawl, climb to the top of the head. Climb to the top of the head." The children crawled happily to the children's song, the teacher Children's songs can be used to continuously adjust the intensity of activities and maintain the best activity state of children.

2. Teacher: "Just now, when the children were learning how to crawl as little ants, the teacher heard a sound. The teacher searched and searched and found a toy baby crying on the ground. Why was the toy baby crying? It turns out that some children I forgot the toys I played with outside, and the toy baby couldn’t return home. I was so anxious that I cried. Let’s find them together and send them home!”

3. Familiar with the rules and practice the movements:

While looking for toys, the teacher led the children to practice walking in parallel lines. First, ask the children to walk collectively in parallel lines of 25 centimeters, that is, to walk on a small path. Let the children try it out by themselves and discuss how to walk quickly and steadily without stepping on the grass on the roadside. Then ask a few children who have done well to demonstrate how to walk on a path in parallel lines. The teacher explains the key points of the movements, and again invites the children to try walking on a path on a 25 cm parallel line to help the children master the key points of balance. .

4. Practice repeatedly to consolidate and improve:

1. Play the game "Sending Toys Home". Children are divided into two teams, one pair at the starting point, one pair at the end point, and one pair at the starting point. The children go to the place designated by the teacher to pick up the toy, and then the children walk on a path in parallel lines of 25 cm, crawling through the cotton pads in the middle, and reach the end point. The children at the end point say "thank you" after receiving the toy, and the toy is given to a good friend. Then return the same way. Children at the starting point and end point can switch places and continue the game. 2. Play games in groups and send toys home. In this link, children are divided into groups and sent home with toys to consolidate their skills of walking in parallel lines and climbing on cotton pads. Teachers should constantly remind children to walk in the middle of the road and not to step on the line.

5. Relaxation activities:

The children are very smart and have found a home for their toys. Now that the toys have returned home, they are very happy. Come and celebrate with us and let the children enjoy the " Perform relaxation exercises to the music of "March of Toys".
