Open the NetEase Cloud Music client.

1. Click to enter the "My" page.

2. Click the "Settings" icon in the upper right corner and select "Account and Security".

3. On the "Account and Security" page, find the "Member Service" option and click to enter.

4. On the "Member Services" page, find the "NetEase Cloud Music Gold VIP" option.

5. Click the "Turn off automatic renewal" button behind the "NetEase Cloud Music Gold VIP" option.
