In study, work, and life, everyone must have come into contact with composition. Composition is a narrative method that expresses the meaning of a theme through words. So, how to write an essay? My hometown is in Chaoshan, where there are rich specialties. Among these specialties, the snacks are the richest. The snacks include beef balls, bamboo shoots cakes, rice cakes, braised goose, etc.

My favorite is beef balls, but making beef balls is not that simple! To make beef balls, you must first put some beef on a board and hit the beef pieces heavily with two iron rods weighing about three or four kilograms. After beating for almost an hour, the beef will turn into meat sauce. To make meatballs, put the meat sauce in a bucket and stir it for a few times. Squeeze the meat sauce out in your hand, and a round meatball will come out. Soak them in hot water for another ten minutes, and the beef balls are ready.

Beef balls can be eaten in many ways. They can be made into beef kuey sauce, soup, or snacks. The beef balls taste great! As long as you bite it lightly, it will feel crispy and delicious. Beef balls also contain protein!

I love my hometown, and even more so the many snacks in Chaoshan! Essay on Chaoshan 2

Friend, have you been to Chaoshan area? Have you tried Chaoshan snacks? Speaking of Chaoshan snacks, there are so many varieties that it’s impossible to mention them all. Not only do they have many styles, but they also have their own characteristics. Take Chaoshan oyster brand as an example. It is my favorite Chaoshan snack. Oysters are a specialty aquatic product of Chaoshan. They are delicious and nutritious and are known as the "milk of the sea." The clever Chaoshan people invented a way to bake oysters with cornstarch, which is called oyster bake.

Look, the chef is beating eggs skillfully, pouring oil into the pan, burning the oil in the pan over high heat, and then pouring an appropriate amount of fresh oysters mixed with cornstarch into the oil. In the pot, lightly pour the beaten eggs. After a while, the cornstarch will form into a large cake-like lump, and the color will gradually change from light to dark. At this time, the chef scooped up the large piece of oyster and turned it over. The oil bubbles were still beating happily, but the flipped side was already golden brown. The chef flipped it from time to time, and after a while, he tore the large piece of oyster roast into several pieces, fried it a few more times, and sprinkled a layer of green coriander on it, and the fragrant oyster paste was ready.

Making this oyster bake requires a lot of effort. The fire must be strong enough, the oil must be sufficient, and the time must be mastered. Otherwise, how can it be delicious and how can it attract thousands of people? What does it covet?

To eat authentic oyster bake, a dish of fish sauce is indispensable. The fried oysters are smooth and soft, the skin is crispy and refreshing, and the inner layer is tender and soft, with a slight egg fragrance without losing the taste of seafood, it is really wonderful! Coupled with the unique salty taste of fish sauce, I don’t know how to describe its fragrance!

Oyster baked is just one of the many Chaoshan snacks, there are also hand-baked beef balls, Dahao fish balls, water balls... so many that I can’t even count them. Chaoshan has a rich and colorful food culture. If you come to Chaoshan, in addition to enjoying the scenery, you must try our special snacks, then your trip will be worthwhile. Essay on Chaoshan 3

I am a native of Chaoshan, and I am very familiar with the food in the Chaoshan area. Chaoshan cuisine is diverse and has its own characteristics. When it comes to the most famous fish balls in Chaoshan area, it is Dahao fish balls. Dahao fish balls are very particular. The first thing is the selection of materials. For example, in which month the fish meat is the most delicious, which is most suitable for making fish balls, and the combination must be based on different meat qualities... For example, conger eel and nago fish should choose the white and fresh meat. Sweet; for mackerel, choose meat with good stickiness; for soft-shell turtle, choose meat with strong coagulation, which can make the fish balls elastic.

After selecting the materials, the next step is also the most critical step - making fish balls: after killing the fish, cutting the meat, and mincing it into surimi, place the surimi in a fish bucket and beat it into fish paste, which must be made by the fish ball master. After a series of processing, we then add egg white and starch to make the fish balls white and bright. At this time, we can cook a bowl of delicious fish ball soup. Looking at the large, white fish balls floating in the soup, they look like ping pong balls. Taking a bite is really crispy, fresh and refreshing. .

Let’s talk about one of the authentic snacks in Chaoshan area: oyster brand. The so-called oyster bake is to mix potato starch and oysters together, add eggs, place it in a flat-bottomed frying pan and gently fry it. After a while, the fried oyster bake is like a big pancake with golden bubbles. The bubbles appear in front of you, put them on a plate, sprinkle with green coriander, and a plate of oysters with full color, flavor and flavor is ready. Of course, the most authentic way to eat oyster rolls is to avoid using fish sauce for seasoning. When you taste it, dip it in fish sauce. The taste is so fragrant that the taster really wants to swallow his tongue.

Rice rolls are also a specialty snack in Chaoshan. There are large and small rice roll shops everywhere in the streets. Every morning, students and office workers come to the rice roll stalls one after another. The stall owner greets you enthusiastically and is very busy, "Boss, I want vegetables, shrimps, and pork." "Boss, I want two..., one..." After a while, a steaming plate of rice rolls was served. The white rice noodles were like a piece of gauze wrapped with various foods - including shrimps. , with pork or beef mince, green vegetables, egg drop... If it weren't for the taste of this delicacy, people would really not bear to destroy its snow-white coat.

Chaoshan not only has many snacks, but also has unique and iconic food and culture such as Gongfu tea and Chaoshan tangerine, which are famous overseas. Friends, listen to my brief introduction. Do you really want to come to Shantou? How about having fun and tasting delicious food? If you come, you must taste these delicacies to make your trip worthwhile! Chaoshan's composition 4

For Chaoshan people, red rice cake, a snack in their hometown, is almost a well-known delicacy. This word is relatively unfamiliar to the outside world, so let me introduce it to you.

There are many fillings for red cakes, such as vegetable cakes, peanut cakes, rice cakes, etc. I will introduce vegetable cakes to you first. Speaking of rice rolls, we must first introduce the tools for steaming rice rolls. The stove for steaming rice rolls is like a small iron building. It has five floors and can steam five rolls of rice rolls at the same time. There is a handle on each floor. To make rice rolls, first use a brush to brush oil on the iron plate so that the rice milk will not stick to the iron plate. After steaming the iron plate brushed with oil, pour the rice milk into it, shake it left and right, so that the rice milk evenly covers the iron plate, and then put it into the stove to steam until the rice milk solidifies and turns into a powdery skin, then you can put the meat filling , eggs, lettuce, shrimp and bean sprouts are poured on the vermicelli and steamed together until cooked.

Day after day, month after month, it is the wonderful New Year again. This year's Spring Festival is very lively.

The whole family was driving my father’s car back to my hometown of Chaoshan. The first thing I did when I got off the car was to run home and hug my grandpa and grandma, telling them that I miss them very much. My grandparents also hugged me. They looked at me and kissed me, and then I told them that I wanted to eat rice rolls from my hometown. I immediately put on my shoes and ran to a rice roll shop near my house that I often eat. I ordered a rice roll that I like to eat. Looking at the rice rolls served, I saw that the thin and transparent rice rolls were wrapped with lean pork, eggs, shrimps, mushrooms, dried radish, etc., and also added a few pieces of lettuce, and topped them with Chaoshan's special braised pork. The soup makes me salivate. It's really unforgettable after eating it.

On the night of New Year’s Eve, adults will buy firecrackers and fireworks and come back to play with the children. I want to use my saved pocket money to buy firecrackers and fireworks to play with. I look at the ones I have saved for a long time. My pocket money finally came in handy tonight. I went to a Tuduo store and bought a large 50-yuan peacock fireworks, and then I asked a good friend of mine who I often play with to play with me. First we unpacked the fireworks, found the ignition fuse, and finally lit the fuse with a lighter and ran away quickly. We all held our breath and watched intently, seeing the fireworks shooting into the air and blooming like a peacock. At that moment, the fireworks were dazzling. We were all very excited and shouted loudly. After watching the fireworks, we all said goodbye to each other and went back to our homes.

The Spring Festival is the most solemn festival of the year in China, and the ways of celebrating the Spring Festival vary from place to place.

My hometown is in Chaoshan, and the Spring Festival in Chaoshan is very unique.

Entering the twelfth lunar month, the Spring Festival is approaching, and the flavor of the new year begins on the twenty-fourth day of the twelfth lunar month. This day is commonly known as "sending the gods". Every household must prepare offerings and send them to the gods to report their duties.

After the 24th, adults took their children to the streets to buy new year's goods, new clothes...all kinds of shopping, and everyone's face was filled with happy smiles. Then comes the general cleaning and mobilization of the whole family. After a whole day of busy work, the windows are bright and clean, and the pots and pans are shiny.

The skillful old man began to guide the young people in the family to make various traditional cakes: red peach cake, rat cake, cabbage cake... The kitchen was steaming, and the air was filled with the unique flavor of cakes. Sweet aroma. Children use their hands to make various cute things out of dough.

Nervous, busy and orderly, New Year’s Eve is here, and it is another busy and festive day. Early in the morning, people go to the market for the last round of buying, and then go home to prepare sacrifices to worship their ancestors. The children finally took a shower after lunch, put on their long-awaited new clothes and shoes, and happily waited for the red envelopes from their elders.

In the afternoon, you must worship your ancestors. With all kinds of sacrifices, the smell of burning incense and candles, and the ashes of burning paper money flying in the air, every family's deceased ancestors are once again respected and commemorated in this traditional custom.

After worshiping the ancestors, the New Year’s Eve dinner also begins. Rich and delicious dishes were served to the table. The soup was boiling in the stove. Pairs of chopsticks were holding delicious fish and meat. The aroma of the meat and vegetables tempted everyone's taste buds. The whole family sat around the table, chatting, laughing, and toasting, having a great time.

After dinner, the adults made Kung Fu tea and the children played games. The Spring Festival Gala is indispensable. The screen was filled with joy, and the fragrance of tea was lingering outside the screen. It was equally lively inside and outside. Unknowingly, the clock struck midnight, and the Internet was jammed with New Year greetings in various forms. Children reluctantly go to bed amid the urging of adults.

On the morning of the first day of the first lunar month, the city was still sleeping and very deserted. Towards noon, the streets became lively. People dress up and visit relatives and friends to pay New Year greetings. The happiest people are the children. On this day, they can get a lot of red envelopes and become "rich men" for a time.

On the fourth day of the first lunar month, we welcome the gods to heaven to bless the world. Soon it is the seventh day of the first lunar month, and people in the Chaoshan area still have to eat "seven kinds of soup". "Seven kinds of soup" is made from seven different kinds of vegetables, and each dish has an auspicious meaning. People eat "seven kinds of soup" and pray for good health and wealth in the new year.

In a blink of an eye, the Lantern Festival is here. This is a grand festival in the rural areas of Chaoshan. There are folk activities such as "Welcoming the Master" in various villages. In comparison, going shopping with lanterns seems ordinary. However, the children in the city are not far behind. As night falls, all kinds of lanterns, electronic lights, and handmade lights are gathered from thousands of households in parks, squares, and streets. In the darkness, candlelight flickers, lanterns are warm, electronic music is mixed with children’s laughter and shouts one after another, how beautiful it is! No one will go home until the wax is gone and the lamp is out.

The Spring Festival just fades away amidst people’s laughter. The new year has begun, and everyone starts the new year's efforts with hopes and wishes. Chaoshan's composition 9

According to local rules in Chaoshan, the Spring Festival begins almost in the late twelfth lunar month. The twenty-fourth day of the twelfth lunar month is when the gods go to heaven. Everyone has to go to the temple fair to worship the gods, let the gods go to heaven, and pray for the gods to bless our family in safety and prosperity in the new year.

In the past few days after the 24th of the twelfth lunar month, every household is very busy. Adults not only have to carry out general cleaning, but also prepare food, drink, clothing, and supplies for the New Year so that they can show a renewed look in the New Year. Children are also very busy and must prepare firecrackers, new clothes, and new toys. Well, it’s good to have a good time during the Chinese New Year.

The annual New Year’s Eve has finally arrived. The adults got up early, prepared tributes, and saved the afternoon to worship their ancestors.

Red couplets are posted on the door of every house. After lunch, all men, women and children must wear new clothes, symbolizing good luck in the new year. On New Year's Eve, usually around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, you have to worship your ancestors. We worship our ancestors from the youngest to the oldest, praying that the family will be safe and happy in the new year. After paying homage to the grandfather, it will be time to have the reunion dinner in a few hours. People who work outside will definitely rush home to have a reunion dinner on New Year's Eve unless they have absolutely no choice. Fish on the dinner table symbolizes plenty every year; pork belly symbolizes plenty of food and clothing; vegetables symbolizes wealth; desserts symbolize sweetness; and the family sitting together for a reunion dinner symbolizes reunion. After the reunion dinner, grandparents will give red envelopes to the younger generation, symbolizing that the children will be safe all year round; children will also give red envelopes to their parents, symbolizing their parents' good health and all the best. After giving out the red envelopes, it’s time to set off the firecrackers. Every household sets off firecrackers to symbolize their joy in the new year.

On the first day of the first lunar month, every household will place a lucky charm at home, symbolizing good luck and good fortune. On this day, everyone must say auspicious words, and adults cannot beat or scold the child casually to prevent him from crying endlessly. Everyone should go to other people's homes to pay New Year greetings before noon, to represent their respect for others. You cannot sweep the floor on this day. If you sweep the floor, it means that all your wealth will be swept away. Not only are you not allowed to sweep the floor on this day, you are also not allowed to wash your hair. If you wash your hair, it symbolizes that all your blessings have been washed away.

The Lantern Festival is on the market, and another climax of the Spring Festival has arrived. On the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, there are lights and colorful lights everywhere, and the whole street looks like a wedding, prosperous and beautiful. The children went to the temple fair carrying exquisite lanterns. On this day, we not only visit the temple fair, but also eat glutinous rice balls. Eating glutinous rice balls symbolizes the reunion and harmony of the whole family. Another activity on this day is guessing lantern riddles. Most people write riddles on slips of paper and stick them on colorful lanterns for others to guess.

In the blink of an eye, the Spring Festival passed like this. Chaoshan has returned to its original peace. Adults have gone to work and children have gone to school. Here, I wish my hometown to become more prosperous and my motherland to be more prosperous! Chaoshan's Composition 10

The Spring Festival is a grand festival in the country and a great day to bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new year. Many places are decorated with lights and colorful decorations, full of laughter and laughter, and full of family affection.

The Spring Festival in Chaoshan is extremely lively, and everything is festive. On this day, men, women and children of all ages have to change their clothes in the afternoon and put on new clothes to look more energetic. The first important thing to do after the child changes his/her bath is to wish New Year and receive red envelopes! I'm afraid the second big thing is to buy all kinds of firecrackers to play with. The sound of firecrackers really feels like the New Year. The children were so noisy and the adults were so busy. On this day, adults must also prepare tributes for ancestor worship. Several families gather together to meet and congratulate each other, and there is a lot of laughter, but it is really lively!

"New Year, New Atmosphere." On this day, every household hangs red lanterns high to wish a prosperous coming year; red couplets are posted outside the door, wishing that life in the coming year will be as written in the couplets good. The sound of firecrackers continued incessantly. In these days when everything is renewed, wherever you go, you are filled with laughter. The children were tired from playing, probably before dusk, and when they got home, they smelled a scent that made people want to eat, and the family quickly gathered together to have a reunion dinner. What is different from the past is Dora's joy from the heart.

Finally, there is nothing more than what every household will do - watch the Spring Festival Gala. Looking at the happy expressions of the audience on TV, we all laughed in front of the TV. Laughter is the biggest feature of the entire Spring Festival Gala. Finally, with the host’s call, we bid farewell to the old year and welcome the first day of the new year!

The next day, the fun of the New Year did not end, and the children were still playing as before. A happy atmosphere envelopes the world as always. Chaoshan's Composition 11

In the sound of firecrackers, one year has passed in a hurry, and we have ushered in a new year. The Spring Festival is the most important and solemn festival for people across the country.

My hometown is in Chaoshan. Although it is a small city, the Spring Festival is extremely lively.

The twenty-third day of the twelfth lunar month is the off year. Tourists working outside and students studying abroad have to return to their hometowns to reunite with their families. The juniors have to help the elders with work. This can be regarded as a "dress rehearsal" for the Spring Festival! As night falls, everyone sets off firecrackers. The crackling of firecrackers and unrestrained laughter gave off the charm of the New Year.

After the 23rd, everyone started to get busy. Every household had to carry out general cleaning, including cleaning utensils, sheets and bed covers, which was called "hoarding". Our family also makes various kinds of cakes for the Chinese New Year.

After every household decorated their homes with a new look, New Year’s Eve came with a bang. So my mother and grandma started busy making the most sumptuous and meaningful reunion dinner of the year. Reunion dinner, as the name suggests, is when the family gets together to have a meal. Generally, people will prepare chicken, duck, and fish to show their good wishes of having plenty every year and everything going well.

After eating, everyone sat around and talked and laughed. The elders will also give some lucky money to the younger ones, and attach one or two blessings. Whether it is more or less depends on the adults' wishes. Of course, the children will be very happy to receive the red envelopes. Speak kindly to friends, relatives, and neighbors.

On the early morning of the first day of the Lunar New Year, many lion dance teams and yangko teams went to each village to pay New Year greetings with gongs and drums, and the hosts lit firecrackers to welcome them. Now there are movie screenings, calligraphy and painting exhibitions, riddle guessing, etc., which is very lively. People gather in groups to play happily during the day and night, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere to welcome the Spring Festival.

In this way, the vigorous Spring Festival ended with people's joyful singing and laughter. On the sixth day of the Lunar New Year, all shops are open and people have to go to work, returning to their normal and quiet life. Chaoshan's Composition 12

Every place has its own unique customs, and Chaoshan is the same. In hundreds of years of development, unique customs in Chaoshan have been formed.

On the afternoon of New Year’s Eve, the children have to take a bath, and the adults give the children lucky money. After that, we have to worship our ancestors and place chickens, ducks, fish, meat, and fruits on them; we also have to put up red couplets. The alley is filled with the pleasant smell of ink. It must be people writing couplets one stroke at a time.

At night, the deserted home becomes lively. The whole family was enjoying themselves, toasting to celebrate and blessing. The strong flavor of the New Year is permeating the dining table. There must be suckling goose on the table, as well as various seafood. You will hardly see vegetarian dishes.

On the first day of the first lunar month, people have to get up early, and if they meet acquaintances when they go out, they have to say New Year greetings.

This is a New Year etiquette. Children have to go out with adults to pay New Year greetings and receive red envelopes. When he became a small boss with "full profits" and was feeling complacent, his parents took the money and he fell straight from the "peak of life" to the bottom, and he no longer had the energy.

On the 23rd of the first lunar month, it is the turn of the "highlight" of the Spring Festival-Ying Laoye (Temple Fair). People in the parade wore brightly colored costumes and lined up. With the rising and falling music, people carried sedan chairs, played various musical instruments and danced. The children stuck their heads out one after another and watched with interest as the procession disappeared at the end of the alley. Children who missed the camp master are not discouraged, they can also watch the puppet show! The puppets were dressed in ancient costumes and moved in harmony with the singing of Teochew opera, as if they were performing a small Teochew opera.

The Spring Festival in Chaoshan is really lively! Chaoshan's Composition 14

"Dong, dong, dong" bursts of neat and rhythmic waist drum sounds came from the school playground. It turned out that the members of the school's waist drum team were preparing for the Spring Festival activities!

At the end of each year, our school will organize some students to represent the school to the countryside to pay New Year's greetings. The waist drum team organized by the school started an intense but enjoyable rehearsal early. This is one of the folk customs in Chaoshan. During traditional festivals and festive events, folk dances in Chaoshan are performed according to local traditional customs, forming a beautiful and distinctive landscape. Apart from Chaoshan gongs and drums, the famous folk songs and dances in our township are the most famous for our waist drum dance.

Waist drum dance is a square folk dance with a history of more than 400 years. It tells the story of Liangshanbo heroes attacking Damingfu. Waist drum dance is a bright, exotic and rare dance species in the field of folk dance in my country. It has huge formations, dynamic patterns, smooth jumps, standard routines, and many changes. The props and stick skills are exquisite, showing masculine beauty and stability. The beautiful and rough beauty is an art form loved by the people of Chaoshan.

I am honored to be selected by the teacher for waist drum training. The waist drum team first learns the drum music. Once they are familiar with the drum music, they can start playing drums. Start by practicing simple standing postures, T-step, figure-eight step, and then teach you how to carry the drum, cross-shoulder, and how to hold the drumstick. When the right hand is upward, the palm of the hand is facing outward, and the left hand is placed sideways. You have learned the basic postures. You can start practicing basic movements. When you become familiar with the basics, you can start to learn to listen to whistles and line up, and practice various dance postures.

I have been looking forward to it day and night, and finally the day of the Spring Festival has arrived. The members of the waist drum team put on waist drum uniforms and went to school early to put on makeup. The waist drum uniforms in our school are made of silk, with a row of golden ruyi buttons in the middle. The clothes are divided into red and green. They are very youthful and energetic. The shoes are white, with a small bayberry-like tassel sewn on the toe, and the dancing steps are very lively and cute.

At eight o'clock sharp, the sonorous and powerful waist drum team went to various places to pay New Year's greetings. The square was bustling with people, and everyone gathered together to enjoy the wonderful performance brought by the waist drum team. The waist drum team entered the venue with firecrackers blasting, which showed the people's welcome and love for the waist drum team. A waist drum dance takes about twenty minutes, and there is constant applause in the middle. Men, women, and children from the countryside come to watch the fun. It is really a huge crowd!

This is how we spend the Spring Festival in Chaoshan. Maybe it is not outstanding compared with other places, but we are very warm and lively. Chaoshan's Composition 15

Chaozhou Gongfu Tea, also known as Chaoshan Tea Ceremony, is the most representative tea ceremony of my country's ancient tea culture. It has a health-preserving effect in many aspects. Since ancient times, tea has the meaning of "treating gentlemen, clearing the mind." The artistic conception of mind and body.

The so-called Gongfu tea is a technique for making tea. Kung Fu tea requires a certain amount of effort to operate. This effort is the knowledge of brewing and the effort of drinking. Gongfu tea originated in the Song Dynasty. Su Zhe wrote a poem: "The quality of tea in the middle of Fujian is the best in the world. I devote myself to tea but don't work hard."

In Chaoshan, every household has a Kung Fu tea set, and everyone must drink several rounds of it every day.

Even Chaoshan people living abroad or immigrating overseas still maintain the custom of drinking Kung Fu tea. It can be said that wherever there are Chaoshan people, there is a trace of Gongfu tea.

Gongfu tea is famous for its high concentration. When you first drink it, you may find it bitter, but after you get used to it, you may find other teas not flavorful enough. Gongfu tea uses oolong tea leaves such as Tieguanyin, Narcissus and Phoenix tea. Oolong tea is a semi-fermented tea that is between red and green tea.
