With the ceremonious holding of the third annual music and art education conference in Daishan County, we music teachers were fortunate to listen to the lecture of Teacher Gu Yanping, a teaching researcher in Zhoushan City, for the first time. The lecture started with a review of the local course "Four Flood Fishery Songs" taught by Teacher Kong Hongxia. It analyzed for us the importance of paying attention to exploring students' life experience and existing knowledge in music classroom teaching, and made it clear that music teachers have the responsibility to make students understand local characteristic culture and understand The social function of music. Then, in the form of questions and exchanges, it starts from "classroom teaching design issues since the implementation of the new curriculum", and discusses from a theoretical perspective: the concept, significance and factors of teaching design; 'emotional attitudes and values' in goal design, The process and method objectives', 'knowledge and skill objectives' and the analysis of music teaching content are further elaborated, which makes us more clearly aware of the need to combine theory with practice, so that we should design teaching from the beginning. Stay on track and have direction without straying from the goal. During the lecture, Teacher Gu also analyzed the current situation and existing problems of music teaching after the curriculum reform, and once again emphasized the importance of music. Our music classes must not be divorced from the essence of music and become too fancy, or even turn music classes into History classes, geography classes, and sketch classes only pay attention to the changes in form and underestimate the problems to be solved in music classes. In fact, the first thing we have to solve is to understand the problem and grasp the goals set in the teaching materials, but this cannot be solved simply by using multimedia or deliberately merging desks together for group training. This requires our music teachers to continue to learn and reflect in their daily teaching. The vivid cases in the lecture made us deeply feel the importance of effective music classroom teaching.
