Berlin Conservatory of Music is a public conservatory of music in Berlin, Germany. The Berlin Conservatory of Music was founded in 195 as the German Conservatory of Music. In 1953, it became the first conservatory in Europe to provide training for opera and musical directors in addition to instrumental vocal music. In 1964, it was renamed to commemorate the famous composer Hanns Eisler. Schoenberg, a famous composer, is also a member of Berlin Conservatory of Music.
