How to brag about a concert —— Classification of concerts
It was many years ago that I first came into contact with classical music. At that time, I was also resistant to classical music, and I thought it was too profound. The quiet scene was simply a lullaby that made people sleep. However, with the disgust of some popular songs, I fell in love with light music and then came into contact with classical music.

Without further ado, there are five kinds of dry goods and concerts, namely solo music, chamber music, symphony, concerto and opera. Below, I will introduce these classifications respectively.

first, the solo. Solo is like a dancer dancing on an empty stage. The audience is watching his every move, and his movements are infinitely magnified. Therefore, it is a great test of a performer's level.

Solo is a solo performance by an instrument. Besides piano, other instruments such as flute and violin need piano to express their feelings. Personally, I like violins very much. Violin is a string, which sounds monotonous when played alone, but once it is matched with the piano, it is quite pleasant and full of sound tension. The crisp sound of the piano quickly brings people into the artistic conception, and the melodious sound of the violin is like nature, which pushes this artistic conception to a higher level.

Chamber music is my favorite form of music. Tell me more. Chamber music generally does not exceed 8 instruments, and only a handful of them exceed 8. Usually, there are four kinds of musical instruments, such as a quartet consisting of a piano, two violins, a viola and a big guitar. The violin version of Sky City belongs to this version, which is also my favorite version. Chamber music is a little small in scale, but it is extremely high.

The quartets are all strings, which is a very real form of performance. Four-string is only written with four harmonies of four instruments, and there is no orchestration, so it is a very awesome expression. It's like giving you a monotonous ingredient, but making it into four dishes and one soup.

When it comes to four harmonies, here is a brief introduction. The western music system is a so-called harmony system. It is different from our traditional music in China and the way we are used to composing these pop songs.

If you have played folk guitar, you will know that we all sing a tune, and then the background is accompanied by different chords, and a tune comes out. This is actually a very simple form of composition.

But western music is the so-called harmony system, which means there must be at least four parts, that is, we usually say soprano, contralto, tenor and bass. Of course, sometimes there are six voices, if we count mezzo-soprano and baritone. Four voices can cover all the lowest to highest notes.

For example, the piano is very wide, even with very low notes and very high notes. Four voices is a minimum requirement, which can cover all ranges from low to high.

For the string string quartet, we should imagine the four of them as different sides of a musical instrument, that is to say, these four pianos are actually a musical instrument, but the musical instrument has a particularly wide range.

followed by concerto.

The form of concerto seems to be that a big orchestra is accompanying a piano, violin, cello and even flute that was solo in front. However, this understanding is actually wrong.

For concerto, we can't understand that the band is accompanying the solo instrument, but the band is competing and confronting the solo instrument. Therefore, it is appropriate to translate it into a competition song. Therefore, concerto is definitely not the relationship between solo and accompaniment. A really good and excellent concerto can make solo instruments and the orchestra play independently and confront each other, with a very strong sense of competition and confrontation.

under normal circumstances, sometimes the band is playing a main theme, and the soloists are jumping up and down and playing those big climbing notes and scales, which gives you a very dazzling feeling. We can spend a very short time listening to a very good concerto, the first movement of Rachmaninov's second piano concerto.

You will find that this theme, the most vigorous one, is actually played by the band. The piano doesn't participate in the melody performance at all, it just keeps jumping up and down, giving more flowers, which makes the limbs of this music richer and more complete. Therefore, a good concerto should show a very dramatic relationship between solo and orchestra.

Symphony is a typical orchestra, which generally consists of four instrument groups: bowstring instrument: violin, viola, cello, double bass woodwind instrument: flute, piccolo, clarinet, oboe, English pipe, bassoon, bassoon brass instrument: trumpet, trombone, French horn, tuba percussion instrument: timpani, tambourine. Each instrument group has a lead performer (or soloist), who has the task of soloing and leading other musicians in the group. Violin is divided into two groups: the first violin and the second violin, so the violin has two chief performers. The chief performer of the first violin is also called the chief. He is not only the chief of the bowstring instrument, but also the chief of the whole band, and his position is only under the conductor. The chief player of trombone is the chief player of bass, while the chief player of trumpet is the chief player of the whole brass instrument. The chief player of oboe (sometimes flute) is the chief player of the whole woodwind instrument. The French horn is technically a brass instrument, but it often plays the role of both brass and woodwind instruments. Most musical groups also have a deputy chief. If the chief is absent, they will act for him. Modern orchestras generally need a conductor when playing. In the past, orchestras did not have a conductor, and the chief or harpsichordist played the role of conductor.

The last particularly common concert form is completely different from the other four, including the manners and rules we will talk about later. It is the so-called opera.

First of all, the price of opera is relatively expensive, because first of all, opera needs an orchestra, which is to accompany the opera actors. Under the orchestra, you need to pay the orchestra money. Moreover, the band's playing time is longer than a symphony concert.

A normal concert will be divided into the first half and the second half, which together will not exceed two hours. But an opera can easily last for three hours, and the orchestra is playing all the time without intermission. Therefore, the opera orchestra is very tired. In the orchestra pit, you have to pay the orchestra first.

Besides, opera has many actors, because it is almost a play. Moreover, the main characters in it, male one, male two, female one and female two, are all big coffees and famous singers, and their fees are still relatively expensive.

Finally, there are many supporting roles in the play, such as the rapper, the ballet dancer, and then the beauty, modeling and lighting. Together, the cost of the opera is very high.

And the system of opera is quite different from the concert systems we mentioned above. Strictly speaking, it's ok if it's not in a concert. Opera should be a kind of concert form that is spoken alone. If you want to talk about opera, there are many subdivisions, including Wagner's opera, Italian opera and Mozart's opera.

We can basically understand it as a foreigner's Peking Opera, or Wagner's opera may be a foreigner's Peking Opera, Italian opera may be a foreigner's Kunqu Opera, Mozart's opera may be a foreigner's Yue Opera and so on. Because their styles are not the same.

In fact, people who listen to opera are generally different from those who listen to recitals, concertos and chamber music. The people who listen to Wagner's opera are not the same as those who listen to Italian opera. This thing is a bit like we said, do you drink sweet soybean milk or salty soybean milk?

When two people meet and greet each other in the 19th century, if everyone is a music fan, the first sentence is not "Did you eat?". The first sentence is to ask whether you like Wagner or Brahms. If two people have different answers, they are not the same kind of people, so we will go our separate ways from now on, and we will die of old age, which means that the soybean milk we both drink tastes different. How can we be friends?

To sum up, today, I introduced the five forms of expression of concerts and their characteristics. I hope you can learn something after reading it.

I'm new to classical music. I hope the big cows will point out their mistakes and forgive me.
