The application requirements for the Conservatory of Music are as follows:
(1) Citizens of the People's Republic of China.
(2) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, be willing to serve the socialist modernization drive, have good moral character, and abide by the law.
(3) The physical health status meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the admissions unit.
(4) Candidates’ academic qualifications must meet one of the following conditions:
1. “Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or the Ministry of Education’s Study Abroad Service before September 1 of the year of admission. "Certificate of Overseas Academic Degrees" issued by the center, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid. ”
2. Those who have a nationally recognized undergraduate degree (applicants who have graduated without a degree certificate must take additional relevant subjects for the re-examination).
3. Those who have obtained a nationally recognized higher vocational college degree for 2 years (from graduation to September 1 of the year of admission, the same below) or more than 2 years, reaching the same level as a university undergraduate degree students with equivalent academic qualifications.
4. Candidates who have graduated from non-music-related majors and apply for our school’s academic (music and dance) and professional degrees (music) must submit a recommendation letter from an expert with a deputy senior professional title or above in the professional field, and Additional tests will be conducted during the retest phase.
(5) Candidates who have obtained a master’s degree or a doctoral degree.
Students applying for postgraduate studies must obtain the consent of their training institution before registration, and must provide relevant certificates before registration.
(6) Applicants who have already applied for the examination from their workplace.
Applicants who have already applied for a master's degree from their workplace must provide proof of approval from the HR department of their employer to apply for a "directed" or "non-directed" master's degree. Apply under the "directed" or "non-directed" application categories.

Introduction to the School of Music
