When composing the overture of "Journey to the West", because traditional musical instruments could not express the magical sound effects to match the image of Sun Wukong flying, he innovatively introduced electronic music, which is the opening line of "Autumn Autumn Autumn Autumn Autumn, dong dong dong dong… ..." However, many people were opposed to the use of electronic music at that time because they believed that it was a Western instrument and it was wrong to use it for "Journey to the West". He still insisted on using it and was ready to say goodbye to director Yang Jie. Fortunately, Yang Jieli protected him and he was able to stay.
