1. Right-click the speaker icon in the lower right corner of the desktop to select sound, check Play Windows startup sound (P) on the sound page, and click Apply and OK.

2. Right-click the battery icon in the lower right corner of the desktop to select the power option, and click the function of the power button on the power option page.

3. Click to change the currently unavailable settings, uncheck Enable Quick Start and save the changes.

Note: If you only check Play Windows startup sound without turning off the quick startup, you can only hear the startup sound when you start-restart in the system, but you can't hear the sound when you press the startup key after normal shutdown.
