Is the Vienna New Year's Concert a symphony orchestra or an orchestra?

Vienna New Year's Concert for the Symphony Orchestra.

The symphony orchestra is divided into woodwind group, brass group, string group, percussion group and harp.

Woodwind section: piccolo, flute, oboe, English horn, clarinet, bassoon.

Brass group: trumpet, French horn, trombone, tuba.

String section: violin, viola, cello, bass.

Percussion group: The percussion group is divided into pitch group and non-pitch group.

There are pitch groups: celesta, marimba, timpani, etc.

No pitch group: bass drum, snare drum, triangle, tambourine, castanets, etc.

Harp: I just say harp because it is the only plucked instrument in the entire symphony orchestra.
