Hangzhou Art School is a vocational high school.

Hangzhou Art School, founded in 1958, is a key school in Zhejiang Province and the only secondary specialized art school in Hangzhou. Formerly known as Hangzhou Music College, Hangzhou Art College and Hangzhou May 7th Art School, it was named Hangzhou Art School in 1987.

At present, there are more than 6 students and more than 1 full-time teachers, offering four majors: music, dance, drama and fine arts. It has been rated as a demonstration major and training base of "art performance" and "music performance" at provincial and municipal levels.

Open school:

The school has set up Confucius Classroom for Art Performance at the University of California in the United States, set up overseas training base for Art Performance in Singapore, and established educational partnership with Korean National Gyeongsang University and Taichung Youth Senior High School in Taiwan Province. The school is also an international tourist visiting point in Hangzhou. Now it is the teaching practice base and student source base of Beijing Dance Academy, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Shanghai Theatre Academy and other universities.
